Extremely disappointed in my last visit here. Dr. Arnold was very rude and dismissive. I needed an emergency adjustment since my usual doctor is closed on Sundays. Since I'm not a regular at this location and didn't plan to be, the mood totally changed and shifted and Dr. Arnold proceeded to berate me as I answered each of his questions about my current care plan else where. As a new mother going through postpartum I explained I'm still healing from a C section months back (taking care of a baby) and not able to come as regularly. He then told me to lay face down and then proceeded to give me the most Violent I mean VIOLENT adjustment, in which he slammed each part of my vertebrae down to my pelvis area where he slammed the hardest. Yes right on my c section belly we had just talked about. Anyways clearly Dr Arnold needs to take that stick out of his you know what and provide a better level of care. After the adjustment he wouldn't even look at me I had to ask if that was it? Bad bad bad service do not go there otherwise you get ripped off! My husband went in for the $29 consultation and adjustment due to him pulling a muscle in his back! Well it was real quick and then he got suckered into a monthly plan for $89 a month people don't do it it's a quack place! They rush through the paperwork and it's awful! Now we are canceling the plan but we need a doctors note saying that he no longer needs the chiropractor care and then they will cancel the plan and take our credit card off otherwise we are screwed! So please don't go there they will take your money and not be sad about it! read more

I usually always go to the Chino joint because they're amazing but since I signed up here it's my "home signup," so when cancelling it had to be done here. The woman at the front desk was super rude to me when I asked to cancel as she claimed that since my account was frozen, it had to be unfrozen and CHARGED for an extra month. Why would I pay for an extra month if I want to cancel? I froze it in consideration of coming back if I still needed the service but after this interaction I doubt it. She even said she'd call her supervisor in front of me to confirm and phrased it in a way where I sounded incompetent for not understanding their rules. Yet when I put my account on freeze at the Chino location they stated I'd be able to cancel at anytime with no issue. They said "they'd see if a refund COULD be offered after charge," so I didn't want that risk and said I was going to cancel my card then & they threatened to harass with calls & emails for payment. Payment for a service I don't want to receive or pay for? If you're considering going to the joint- this location is run by money grubbing owners so I'd go to the Chino location instead. read more

Are usually go to the joint in Upland, I was in the area of Brea and tried this one out. What an amazing difference. It Has to be one of the best adjustments I've ever had with the spinal alignment any the 'Y' strap. I feel great unfortunately now I have to drive to Brea to get these great adjustments. I always go to Costa mesa, they bill me after, some reason Brea takes the money out before I'm adjusted, also the Dr complained that I wanted a certain adjustment. There's definitely no standard for how they adjust you, advise to find one doctor and stick with him, don't jump around cause it's convenient, don't know who you'll end up with. You get what you pay for. I signed up for one of their plans because it was a great deal but I noticed problems immediately. Their chiropractors change so often and they don't really know what they're doing. I wouldn't be surprised if they just got their license because one of the chiropractors couldn't answer a simple question about the spine/nerves. They don't pay attention to your chart/record and make the same adjustments for everyone. One of the chiropractors pushed down on my center back so hard that I had to go to the urgent care because I was lightheaded and couldn't breathe. I had to go through months of physical therapy to help with this issue and I'm still not 100%. I don't like writing negative reviews but please don't be cheap with your health. Go to someone who cares and will pay attention to your issues and make the proper adjustments. read more

Worst location I have been to by far. Dr.Arnold was Very dismissive. I was asked what was bothering me and he didn't even help with that specific area. He proceeded with a typical alignment but only did one side, he was going so fast, that he did not wait for me to be ready for the next alignment. I left with piercing pain in my shoulder blade and now I'm in constant pain. I left with added pain to my already existing discomfort/pain. read more

I recommend this place to no one. You cannot call in to cancel a membership, and they have the most inconvenient hours. Because of these strange hours, it makes going in to cancel your membership very difficult. God forbid you come in after your due date to pay, because you'll have to cough up the entire months worth of the membership to cancel. Waste of time and money. They gave awful advice as well, going in for Lower back pain, they didn't give me a direct plan of action, or really anything at all. read more

I was at European Wax Center one Saturday morning when my lovely wax-girl Aimee told me about this amazing chiropractor place! She gave me a referral card to get a free adjustment!! Yay! :) I came in and I was immediately greeted by a gentleman at the front. He told me to fill out and sign some paperwork before we got started. Afterwords I was told to watch a 5min-ish video on their ipad about the spinal column and consequences of misalignment leading to many ailments after days, weeks, months, and years. Afterwards I was invited back by Dr. Vic who asked me a few questions and pressed down to examine where I hurt and which area of my spine had issues. To no surprise, my neck and my lower back were misaligned due to the required sitting in my cubical job. I received my free adjustment and I was suggested to come back one a week. Price Breakdown: $29/visit OR $49/month: 4 adjustments a month, and $19 per additional one after the initial 4 (each family member is $10 less, up for 4 members) I did not immediately take up on this opportunity for the monthly plan mainly due to the fact that these adjustments do not roll over if I happen to miss this. The gentleman in front explained that: "the point is that you come in once a week" -_-' I get the point BUT I AM BUSY!! I don't live in Brea. And even if I did, it's not realistic that I can consistently come in once a week. I would prefer the option of doubling up if I miss one or something like that... I'm thinking I'd be here once a month and I don't mind paying $29 per visit, cause that's still pretty cheap. I told my mom about this, since I think it would be more beneficial for her. If she wants to, I would be more than happy to purchase the 2 member plan (49 +39 = $88). In the mean time, it is too inconvenient for me. But thanks Dr. Vic cause my neck feels better :) read more
