When I arrived at the office, the front desk staff greeted me with a friendly smile and helped me with the checking in process. Everything was simple and straight forward, which I appreciated it so much. When I stepped in the room for the treatment, Julia escorted me inside and asked several questions regarding my symptoms. She listened to me very patiently and wrote notes. After that, she brought some tools to do some tests and whenever I started to have pain, she immediately stopped and moved on to the next test. She was very considerate and professional while determining my condition. During the treatment session, she kindly explained what we're going to do in each step and made sure that I wasn't pushing too hard. He didn't order one of the tests I requested and when I emailed him about doing more bloodwork he referred me to a women's wellness doctor.
