Before starting therapy I was barely able to walk with an extremely debilitating diagnosis of bilateral Achilles Tendinosis. Not only incredibly painful, this is a very slow condition to heal. It also required the Therapist to have the very best understanding of this condition. It is very difficult to treat and is rarely seen in both ankles/feet at the same time. Dr. Robert Inglis was and is that person. With oodles of credentials and even a Doctorate of Orthopedic Manual Therapy, he painstakingly takes his time every visit making sure your entire body is working to its best capacity to ensure healing of the injured area. He is such a fine person and his Orthopedic skills are life changing!! Dr. Inglis treats everyone that I have seen as family. He truly cares and is very committed in healing his patients and not keeping them lingering for endless treatments as I have heard about other establishments. The therapy assistants and staff are very helpful. They manage to work in all your appointments at your convenience. But just a warning, make your appointments with Dr. Inglis as soon as possible. Although you can always get in and barely ever a wait...he is extremely popular as I have explained why. Those in the know (long term patients) schedule for a month at a time. Truly a sign of a wonderful doctor! They never over book so your time is set aside for YOU! I am no where close to the end of my treatment but I have come a long way. I am walking, able to exercise to some degree, go shopping for small amounts of time, restaurants, and almost all of life's pleasures. The original implant positioning was dramatically outside specifications--confirmed by imaging and the actual findings during revision surgery. Even worse, the measurements documented in the original operative report were contradicted by the actual imaging and surgical findings. This isn't speculation or opinion. It was proven by the surgeons who had to fix his work. Both hip components were put in incorrectly and needed replacement. He left me with a disaster that required major reconstructive surgery and a brutal recovery. Five years of pain because this doctor couldn't do the job correctly and couldn't accurately document what he had done. Incompetent, dishonest, and completely unacceptable. Stay away from this doctor.

I've tried various PTs through my insurance, but this is the first time I invested in PT out of…read morepocket, and it was absolutely worth it. I felt like my body was twisted and unbalanced, but the PTs covered by my insurance weren't able to help me until the issue I had been expressing eventually led to a severe injury where I couldn't walk for about five days. The PTs would give me exercises that I could have easily found through ChatGPT or a simple Google search, and then send me to an aide. When I had questions, the aides often didn't know the answers. They gave me A LOT of at home exercises, almost a quantity over quality, hoping one works. Then I found Dr. Gary! He is very different from a typical PT. He listens carefully to all of my issues (pain and discomfort seemingly everywhere. I'm sure I sound like a hypochondriac ), and then gives me some really odd exercises that I would never have found on my own. Somehow, I always feel better afterward. He goes all the way down to the basics, even teaching me how to breathe to properly engage my core, when to breathe during an exercise, and exactly where I should be feeling each movement. It's not just "here are some exercises, go do them." He makes sure I understand why I'm doing them and what I should be feeling. He also consistently remembers to send me my homework, often with videos. With the other PTs I tried, I had to repeatedly hunt them down to get my exercises, so I ended up having to rely on memory. Dr. Gary also responds to my questions between sessions if I'm unsure about an exercise, which has been incredibly helpful in making sure I'm doing things correctly. What I appreciate most is how much he genuinely cares about learning and thinking critically. I can tell he is constantly processing what he's seeing and what I'm telling him during our sessions and trying to figure out the root cause of what's going on. He tests and retests his hypotheses until my body gives him feedback that he's on the right track. I'm incredibly thankful for Dr. Gary and the care he puts into his work. If you're dealing with something that feels "off" in your body, I truly believe your health is worth the investment. Don't wait until the problem becomes a serious injury like I did because of the limitations of the insurance system. Take the chance! you may be surprised by how much the right PT can help. Dr. Gary is absolutely worth it!

I came to LPI because I needed a place that could actually help me continue my recovery from my ACL…read moresurgery and my medial and lateral meniscus repairs. I had been going to another PT clinic where I wasn't progressing at all I was always in pain, never getting stronger, and honestly felt stuck, and defeated. That's when I met Dr. Gary. I was stressed, sad, and didn't know where to go next. I felt so far behind in my recovery, but he made sure I knew I wasn't behind and that recovery doesn't have a set timeline. His focus was helping me feel confident again after surgery and learning to trust the process. I had knee pain every time I lunged, and my previous PT basically told me that pain was "normal". However when I told Dr. Gary about it, he actually listened, ran tests, and figured out it was scar tissue buildup. He gave me exercises to help with the pain and slowly rebuild my strength. Every session I have with Dr. Gary he genuinely cares about fixing the problem instead of ignoring it. What I really appreciate is how intentional he is. Any question I had about movements, exercises, or even basic anatomy he explained everything clearly and never made me feel dumb. He made sure I understood why we were doing certain exercises and how they would help me long‑term as I worked to regain my strength. Dr. Gary is extremely intentional with his clients. He makes sure we're seen and heard, and he creates a welcoming environment where I'm not afraid to ask questions. He genuinely wants his clients to gain confidence, and he's helped me so much as I return to sport after my second ACL and meniscus repair. It was physically uncomfortable, took quite a long time for just two small vials, and he ended up with less than what was needed for all the lab work. I had to remind him to send my lab results a few days after they were due to come in. He said to contact him anytime with questions but was generally unresponsive. He didn't order one of the tests I requested and when I emailed him about doing more bloodwork he referred me to a women's wellness doctor.
