Built my mouth too high on one side and cracked 3 teeth. Color choice did not match on a filling. I felt hurried.

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Ujda and her incredible team. From start to finish,…read moreevery visit has been an outstanding experience, and it's clear that they truly go above and beyond for their patients. The moment you walk into the office, you're welcomed by a warm, professional, and friendly staff that immediately makes you feel comfortable. The environment is clean, modern, and very well organized, which already sets a great first impression. You can tell that they take pride not only in their work but also in creating a positive and stress-free atmosphere for everyone who walks through their doors. One of the things that impressed me the most is the level of technology they use. Dr. Ujda's office is equipped with some of the highest quality and most advanced dental technology available. This makes a huge difference in the overall experience--procedures are more efficient, precise, and far more comfortable than what you might expect at a typical dental office. It really gives you confidence that you're receiving top-tier care. What truly sets Dr. Ujda and her team apart, though, is their sincerity and honesty. They genuinely care about your well-being and are incredibly transparent when it comes to treatments and procedures. There's never any pressure or confusion. Instead, they take the time to walk you through everything in detail, explaining your options clearly and making sure you fully understand each step before moving forward. That level of communication is rare and deeply appreciated. Dr. Ujda herself is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. She listens carefully to any concerns and answers questions thoroughly, making sure you feel comfortable and confident in your care. Her team reflects that same level of professionalism and kindness--they work seamlessly together and create an environment where you feel supported every step of the way. Another thing worth mentioning is how gentle and considerate they are during procedures. Whether it's a routine cleaning or something more involved, they are always mindful of your comfort and take the extra time to ensure everything is done with care and precision. Overall, this is easily one of the best dental experiences I've ever had. It's not just about the high-quality technology or the expertise--it's the genuine care, honesty, and attention to detail that truly make the difference. If you're looking for a dental office that combines advanced technology with sincere, patient-focused care, I highly recommend Dr. Ujda and her entire team. They truly set the standard for what a dental experience should be.

First, let me state that this review has nothing to do with the dental services provided by Dr…read more Riesenberger. For as much as he worked on me he seems talented and experienced. This has to do with his support staff. Today I was notified BY TEXT that my hygienist was sick and they would have to reschedule my cleaning appointment. Fair enough. But this was the THIRD TIME in two years that this has happened to me. When I called to reschedule, the receptionist (I'll refrain from using her name) at the front desk told me they didn't have any appointments until July. This was the same party line as the previous two times where I bit my tongue and rescheduled four months down the line. But I suppose the third time is a charm. I questioned why if the cancellation was their fault they couldn't squeeze me in earlier. Again, the receptionist sounded like a parrot. "We don't have anything available until July." Again, I tried to convince her that this was on Milagro Dental. I made the appointment a year ago. I confirmed by text. I was ready to go. But THEY cancelled. Shouldn't they accommodate me? Still, the receptionist was holding firm. "We don't have anything available until July." Exasperated, I thanked her for her time and hung up. It's disconcerting that the corporate mentality of treating the client that a piece of dirt has invaded small town Sante Fe. But I suppose that won't impact this receptionist until AI takes over her position and she's out of a job. Time to find a new dentist.

From the moment I walked in, they made me feel genuinely safe, seen, and comfortable. They were incredibly patient, checked in with me throughout the appointment, and offered breaks whenever I needed them--something that made a huge difference for me. Dr. Pisotti's calm, compassionate approach and the kindness of his staff helped me get through an appointment I would normally dread. I am extremely grateful to him and his team for the care and understanding they showed. If you're looking for an exceptional dentist in the Santa Fe area--especially if you struggle with dental anxiety--I highly, highly recommend Dr. Pisotti.

I went to Vida requesting new whitening trays. Dr. Detrik talked me into having the much more…read moreexpensive teeth whitening treatment done, saying its actually so good for the teeth, really wonderful chemistry and better than any other kind of whitening treatment and also, Id get the whitening trays along with the treatment. I say sure, go for it. Dial forward, Im in the chair getting this treatment done and the hygenist notes that my teeth are "already paper white." She seems a bit worried about the whitening going too far. We go through the treatment and afterward Im handed a bag that does not have whitening trays in it. I ask Dr. Detrik where they are. He says "Oh, you really dont need them, your teeth are already white. I had them include a light that you can use instead but honestly you dont really need to." I say nope, I want trays, isnt that what you did the whole high-tech super accurate mapping of my mouth for? Isnt that what I actually came here for, and what I actually paid for? Not this light that I could have bought on Amazon for $20?" So they ORDER my trays. Mind you, I had just paid them to put goop on my teeth to open the surface of my teeth chemically to allow the HOME tray treatment to work better. You are supposed to have the treatment then follow up with whitening trays the following two weeks because THAT is when the whitening happens. At home, with the trays. The trays he didnt order at the time I paid for this treatment because he was very clear in his mind that I do not actually NEED the 3k treatment he talked me into doing. And the trays? They arrived via mail about a month later. Far too late for the at home whitening to benefit from that treatment I just went through, spent so much money on. So, you tell me? What is the top priority for this dentist, this office? Is the top priority caring for your teeth in a clinically appropriate, and necessary way? Or is it $omething el$e?
