CorePhysio and Dr. Hatch are my go to people when something gets out of whack. My back pain is not consistent, nor is the numbness in my knee or the electric tinging in my toes. Each time I see Dr. Hatch (in 4+ years) he has figured out what's causing the symptom and has gotten to the root of it in one or 2 sessions. He has shown me a myriad of exercises to keep things humming along, so I don't have to see him; but inevitably something goes awry with my active lifestyle, and Dr. Hatch is there to help me get back to my life w/in a short amount of visit.s As other have said 5 stars just isn't enough for CorePhysio. I've been to several Physical Therapy clinics over the years, but CorePhysio is a very clear cut above the rest. I've been dealing with neck pain for 25+ years with fibromyalgia stacked on top. While I won't say that the other clinics were bad, Dr. Hatch, Dr. Horner and Ms. O'Leary (massage therapist) are miracle workers in comparison. With a few sessions under my belt and several more to go, I'm already in less pain. For the first time in ages, I have some hope knowing that I am headed in the right direction. It is wonderful to be welcomed by the bright and smiling Emily, especially on days when I'm in pain. If you've been to other clinics with mixed results, I think you will find that CorePhysio's approach is something special. read more

Several months ago, I broke my patella while overseas. My initial medical care was thus overseas. Shortly after return I was able to remove the brace I had been wearing since my accident and start physical therapy. I had no leads as to who to see, but after several phone calls, I came across Core Physio and due to a canceled appointment, I was able to start seeing Dr. Horner almost immediately. I liked his thorough and engaged approach and found him to be knowledgeable and very responsive to my individual situation, able to adapt my exercises and treatment to both the healing that was taking place, but also to some unexpected new or lingering symptoms such as sharp pain at night when moving my leg and unexplained bruising behind my knee. I have faith that my weekly sessions with Dr. Horner and my one appointment with Dr. Hatch have helped enormously with being able to resume the life I had before my accident. I highly recommend their practice. And having Emilee at the front desk with her smile and upbeat energy, has added to the very welcome and expert help I have received from these doctors. read more

Sean and Frank each provided excellent physical therapy and at-home exercises to get me moving, pain-free again. I've been to several factory-like physical therapy practices and was really ready for something different. I had a great experience with both therapists here. They were thoughtful, professional (always on time!), and used many different modalities to help me with my shoulder. You work with a PT the entire time, which makes a huge difference in the speed of your recovery. Couldn't recommend more highly! read more

Dr. Hatch and Ms. O'Leary helped enormously with various problems. So much better than other physical therapy I'd been having! They were excellent at both understanding my problems, and explaining to me what was going on with my body. Dr. Hatch provided a number of great exercises, and was extremely adept at devising alternatives if I was unable to do one for some reason. I fractured my tibial plateau and damaged the meniscus about a year before I found CorePhysio. I had worked with several physical therapists, but my body was out of alignment and achy all over. My back hurt so much that it was difficult to do my PT exercises. I also had leg pain that did not seem related to the brake and which nobody could address. After a year of diligently following PT directions as best I could, I was starting to think I might never recover. I knew that I needed a wholistic approach and I finally found it with CorePhysio. They helped me resolve the back pain so that I could do strengthening work and figured out the source of that other leg pain. They gave me hope and taught me to do the work to resolve the limiting issues and even to achieve all-over wellness that I'll be able to use to feel great as long as I have a body :). Frank is a Flaming ass. In our initial phone conversation for a consultation I told him I was in need of a new living situation and he said he knew of something, then said he was kidding, during the conversation I shared that I had PTSD, and he had the nerve to ask from what without even meeting me. He had a difficult time understanding me and my needs and frankly he didn't care. I waited over two weeks for an appointment and then Frank said the other therapist would be a better fit and that they would call me in a few weeks to make an appointment, which they did not. He wasted my time and prolonged my healing care due to he rude, snooty, and inappropriate conduct with me. I would Highly NOT recommend him or his facility. read more

From the first phone call to schedule with Emily, I was impressed and every visit forward was even more impressive. They are engaged, during every appt, Dr. Horner was hands-on and I was never left alone to work on a machine or do exercises with him. I was blessed by Dr. Horner's engaging and professional explanation of what he was doing and the why behind it. They are the very best PT I have ever been to. read more

Sean and Frank are miracle workers! After having torn my supraspinatus ligament in my left shoulder, (and having been given a stem cell injection by an orthopedic surgeon), I could not lift my wrist above my waist and sleeping through the pain was impossible. The PT I received from both Frank and Sean at CorePhysio wasn't painless by any measure, but I would do it all over again to see the miraculous healing in my shoulder. After one month I had range of motion, after two months I could sleep without a wedge support, and after three months I was actually forgetting I'd ever been injured. I thank CorePhysio every time I realize I've just reached overhead the way my body was meant to! Rather than restricting all of their therapies to the specific injury itself, they make sure everything downstream of the injury is addressed - that's not something all PTs consider. The icing on the cake is that I referred a friend with a similar injury to CorePhysio and she experienced the same level of care and recovery as I had. They are the best, and their staff are genuinely happy! read more

I worked with Frank remotely, and even without being in the same space he was able to diagnose the cause of my pain, show me on his demo spine exactly what was happening in my body and which muscles could support the area better, and then teach me a series of simple isometric exercises that - when I do them daily - keep the pain away. He was also able to engage my 13-year-old son and help him with an injury he sustained from a bad dive into a lake last summer. Frank is patient, friendly and easy-going - and also highly knowledgeable and an excellent teacher. Amazing. read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Frank for the past few months for my wrist/forearm and have been so impressed with the quality of care and energy of the practice. Dr. Frank truly cares about his patients and takes the time to listen and offer a holistic treatment. I utilized his telehealth services for the first two months and I highly recommend them if you can't go in for in-person treatment. He was able to instruct clearly and provide helpful exercises even virtually. Dr. Frank goes out of his way to help his patients and really wants them to get better; I have complete confidence in his medical opinions and treatments. The rest of the team is also fantastic. For a few appts, I also met with Dr. Sean who was very knowledgeable and skilled, and Emily is so kind and warm and very helpful with appointments and scheduling (and making me laugh). My teenage daughter completely tore her ACL during sports, we needed to find the right physical therapist for post surgery. I had in the past used a large PT group and was uneasy by constantly changing therapists with almost each visit. We've had a great experience with CorePhysio. There are three therapists in staff of which we have seen two, Frank and Helena. They complement each other very well on approach and personality, creating a well balanced care to the patient. At times both will work on my daughter simultaneously bringing a larger skill set to the table. They have been able to accommodate my daughter's school schedule to provide her with all the necessary appointments, the location is very easy to get to and their office seems perfectly equipped. But most importantly, as my daughter has gone through the painful process of recovery, she is surrounded by a nurturing, familiar and caring environment, which has put her at ease to just focus on her knee. Oh, and I should no forget to mention how much knowledge they are passing on to my daughter, which I know will stay with her and make her into an even stronger athlete. read more
