Then the guy at the front desk told me that since it was a work jacket it would have to be cleaned. The jacket WAS clean. I barely wore it and when I did, it was only when I drive. There was nothing dirty about it. You can't replace a zipper without a clean jacket being washed first? Now I have to go home and wash a clean jacket and go back again? Give me a break. Many other places to go. I won't be going back there. Update: I went to the tailor on 33rd and Francis Lewis Blvd....they charged me $35 and didn't need to wash a clean jacket.

Fast forward to last week- I brought in five shirts, but when I came to pick it up, Jennifer (the owner) says I only gave her four. My receipt says five, so she explains to me that she must have made a mistake and put down five. Of course, she didn't make that mistake but lost one of my shirts. She has offered to give me $20, but that doesn't do me any justice because my shirts cost much more than that. However, I told her that I am willing to accept $27.50 since the cost of the shirt being laundered is $2.75, and technically they have to reimburse me 10x the cost of the laundering of it (I know that I can sue her in small claims court for more). Anyway, she says she will call me back with an answer. So, for $7.50 she wants to make me wait. This only shows how little she cares for her customers, so I will have to discontinue going there. I would advise anyone reading this review to do the same. I had other bad experiences there, but explaining it will take too long.
