Both times he alleged that no one was home while we were at home. Door bell is not working and I told him to call first. Now he states that they only pick up and deliver a minimum of 30 pounds. Never before had I been informed of this. He now says because I questioned him, since he called to tell me he could not deliver my laundry, that he will no longer do business with me. Very rude and inappropriate. Avoid them if you need pick up or delivery!
