I used their services for over 25 years until early March 2023. After paying for my laundry, I discovered half of my items had not been returned. All my underwear, (14 pairs Victoria's Secret), towels, blue silk pajamas Victoria Secret, and other things I don't remember exactly were never returned. They offered some underwear from VS but nothing for the other items lost, or misplaced. DISGRACEFUL!! I used Mr Machine laundry pick-up service via Delivery.com. The service was great from the time I placed my order until I had my clothes back in my possession! Upon placing my order, I received a call to confirm the pick-up time and check for other available time slots. Pick-up driver arrived at my door early and was very friendly. Before my laundry was washed, I received a text with a photo of scale showing the weight. When it was done, I was called again to confirm the drop-off time. I received my clothes packed very nicely, all in separate bags, organized by item and color. All underwear and socks were flattened and wrapped with nice bands. The shirts, sheets, and towels were all folded tightly and didn't have any wrinkles (see pictures). The detergent that was used was also great! The smell was not overwhelming, but just enough to keep you and your clothes smelling great throughout the day. Overall, I LOVED this service. So I've never taken my time to actually leave a review before but I must give props to them for what they did. I've been washing my clothes every weekend for the past 4-5 months. I've haven't cross any issues with losing clothes or with time of pick up, matter of fact I once had to drop my clothes a day before going to Texas and even tho they didn't have it ready at 8 pm the guy told me to pass by at 10pm and I did as he said the place was closed, I called, he came out and I got my clothes which I respect because realistically no one would be willing to stay overtime just for one random customer, it gets better. Long story short today as per usual I drop my clothes off and I saw money inside my laundry bag after picking it up and taking my clothes out, took me a bit off guard but yeah there was over $400 cash and my wallet taped to a note! I guess I most have left it in a pocket or something but every dollar and card was there. They could've taken it and I would've never noticed but they did the right thing which is hard to see now a days, specially if money is involved! This is the cleanest laundry place in Flushing! I normally go to the one on main street between Franklin and Cherry but they close early. I have been to multiple laundry places in Flushing and I really like this one. This is a Korean ran laundry place, very bright and clean. The whole time I was there doing my laundry, someone was cleaning with mask and glove on. And the other good thing is, they open til midnight! It's only $1.50 for small laundry machines, and the dryers are $.25 for 7 minutes. read more

Just a neighborhood laundromat, no more no less. It's clean, and cheap ($1.75 a wash for the smaller washers, $3.50 for the large washers and a quarter buys you 7 minutes of dryer time) It's open from 6am to midnight, last wash is at 10:30pm. There's no atm but there are 2 banks within a block radius if you need to take $ out. If you need internet access there's a small internet center with a computer and access for a small price. There's also a small "kiddie" corner with 1-2 items to keep the little ones occupied while you wash. All in all it helps me get the tedious job known as laundry done. read more

I have been using this laundromat for over a year. I used the pick up and delivery service twice a month. Last month they had an issue in which the laundry was stolen so they stopped the pick up and delivery service. I dropped off my laundry on Friday and picked it up today. When I used the pick up and delivery service I was charged .93 per pound. Since I dropped off and picked up my own laundry I was charged $1.20 per pound! When I asked the lady she said she does not know anything about that but she let me know for the past 15 years it's always been like this. I had receipts to show her that for over a year I had been paying .93 per pound including the delivery service. She did not care. Needless to say I will never use them again. Just to let everyone know if you drop your laundry off Monday-Thursday they charge $1.08 per pound and if you drop off Friday-Sunday it's $1.20 per pound. They have no pricing for the laundry service anywhere. Beware. read more

My laundry room is under renovation so had to resort to a drop off laundry service. Found this one on yelp and decided to give it a try. Very clean as soon as you walk in. Quick drop off. Very polite employees. Laundry was done on time. All folded nicely. Boxers and socks were wrapped. Didn't see prices for drop off on here. Came for the reviews. Spot on in terms of cleanliness and other prices.$1.50 is for cold water 30 min wash in the smallest front loading washer (still decent size). Prices for drop off were too much compared to others in area, in my opinion. Saw a a sign on Bowne for $0.60/lb but I can't remark on quality for either.Here it's $1.08/lb minimum 10 lbs Monday-Thursday and $1.20/lb Friday-Sunday also minimum 10 lbs. All that said, ended up buying the $0.75 tide detergent from dispenser and doing my own laundry. read more

On a recent trip to New York I had to do some laundry. Mr. Machine Laundromat exceeded my expectations. The store was clean, the machines worked well and the attendants where helpful with my questions. Even offering to show me how to use the machines. I didn't have a chance to try it, but I saw lots of customers using the stores Wash-Dry-Fold drop off. The cleaned drop off items were neatly folded and looked very nice. This laundromat is absolutely amazing !!!!! They washed all my clothes in such short amount of time. They work very quick and efficiently. They made my clothes smell absolutely so good. I will never go anywhere else. The staff is very nice and the fact that they're open till midnight makes it very convenient for me to come and do my laundry whenever I can. I completely understand that there is a pandemic going on but idk what kinda piss poor service i just received was, considering every other laundromat by me is closed i figured since i worked near this one i should support the business how fucking wrong was i. Dropped off my laundry last Saturday and was told it would take 6-7 days cool i didnt mind understand how busy they was. Picked it up friday and paid $82 for 3 bags subtotal of which was $32 but the woman added on $50 for "tip" cool i didnt mind seeing ass i had no time to do my own laundry. Took another women a whole 30 mins to locate my other bag of laundry as they put one of the bags together with the other coming home to open the clothes and every thing in the 3 bags were all mixed with each other which doesnt make any sense to me considering i specifically told her that the bags were separate and for separate people clearly cannot take simple orders properly then want to give themselves a tip they clearly did not fucking deserve, management is horrendous!!! read more

I have been to many laundromats in queens and I can not believe I did not find this place sooner. I had such a positive experience. There was not 1 machines out of order. Every machine worked and worked well which is very rare to see in laundromats. This is a terrific size store with bright lightening. I am used to visiting tiny dirty mats with poor lightening. There was plenty of room to fold my clothes and he provides huge clean carts! The clothes were clean and smelled great. Mr Machine offers Free WIFI which is a huge plus. There is also a nice size flat screen tv with plenty of seating. Customer service is amazing. I actually met with the owner, Paul, who I spoke with for awhile. Paul is a true professional who has tremendous passion in running his business the right way! His staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. I just found my new place to wash my clothes! And went to Mr. Machine last week had a very nice experience the lady that took my clothes was very nice and now going When I received my clothes back it was folded into different packages one for the socks another for the underwears Everything was giving back to me so neatly And whatever they used to wash the clothes the smell is just delicious it looks like they put time and dedication to washing your dirty clothes not everybody could do that when I got home and open up my back there was a little thank you card with a free lottery scratch off which was a very nice jester I would definitely recommend this place to everyone else . read more

This is absolutely one of the most professional and clean laundromats I have ever been to. The service is exceptional. Two weeks ago I had a small fire that started in my oven. Luckily the only damage I had was my clothes smelled like smoke . Being a family of seven I was left with hundreds of pounds of clothes full of the smoke smell. Not only was the staff understanding to my situation they did a wonderful job to get the smell out. I would recommend this laundromat to all my family and friends.
