Never had an issue with them up until April 2024 when some of my items were stained. When I contacted customer service and even sent images, the lady on the phone tried to tell me a pen was found inside my laundry. Complete lie. I always check my laundry before sending it away to make sure nothing is inside the pockets or inside the laundry bag itself. I do not carry pens inside my pockets FYI. What got me upset and the lack of trust with them was two things: Trying to pin the blame on me. Instead, why not admit it was the staff's lack of attention and being sneaky about it. If you made a mistake the least you could do is admit to it and let the customer know. Don't try to say "People make mistakes." If this would have been the entire laundry were you going to send the laundry in return to the customer? Lastly, the lack of customer service and attention is the worst. After we finished talking she then tells me how she will talk to the manager and get back to me. Guess what? I am still waiting.

I reached out to them with pictures and a spreadsheet that included links of where the damaged items were purchased as proof of cost. It total I had about $247 worth of damaged clothes. Some items I can't replace. Their initial offer was to issue me a store credit of the price of my last order ($107). Who wants a store credit after loosing all that money in uniform shirts and other items. When I reached out again, I was told the best they could do was refund the $107 instead of a store credit. I wonder how they would feel if they had to come out of pocket to buy the same clothes that they didn't damage. If you choose to use them, do not give any items you care about.

The place was bright and clean, and everybody was very friendly. It can get busy at times, but I did not have a problem finding an empty washer or dryer. You can pay in different ways. You can pay with coins. With a card that you store value on. Or you can pay with credit/debit/Apple Pay. I used the Apple Pay, which was very. Convenient. Every laundromat is different, so I wasn't exactly sure how to work the machines, but the attendants went out of their way to explain to me what I had to do. Another thing, is they run specials. Currently, they were offering free laundry soap on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Today was a Thursday. Yay! I got everything done in a little over an hour, and I was out the door. Their new delivery service is pick up Thursday mornings and drop off Thursday evening (same day service). How do they manage to wash all the delivery services in less than 24 hrs? It's simple, they DON'T wash it. When I received my laundry that evening I find that a lot of pieces including my linen could've never been put into a washing machine because it was in the exact state it was picked up... only folded. I didn't pay for folding service, I paid for Wash AND Fold service. Very disappointed in this downgrade because they had been the best out of many Laundromats up until now. Hopefully management gets this resolved ASAP.

It was 2pm on a Monday and the floor looks like it hasn't been cleaned in days. - Bathroom was dirty, smelly, extremely damp and humid, and there were no paper towels - there is not a dispenser present so that is why there are no paper towels. - There are too many children. This is more a clientele issue than the business' fault but these kids are running all over the place and falling and generally making everything very hectic. - Prices are way over priced and not clearly communicated. For example the driers are $0.30 for only 8 minutes. The washing machines do not show prices until AFTER you have paid - this is accomplished via a payment card instead of using quarters. AFTER you insert your card, then the value is deducted. Unless you're a regular you have no idea what you're going to be charged for a machine. Payment cards can be refilled BUT they charge $2 to issue a new card which is ridiculous. These cards cost pennies to purchase. I would say avoid if possible but if not, pay to just drop it off. Too crowded. Too dirty.

The laundromat offers drop off services- which I never used so I can't tell you the rate and quality of service. The laundromat sells detergent and softeners. As always, its cheaper to bring your own. This place isnt an unicorn- not going to get free toys with your dirty sheets. The cost of a wash is $2 for the small washer mechine and it gradually increase. I have no idea who pays for the mega washing machine. I dont think its economical and those machines are huge. The dryer is 25 percent for 8 minutes. All of the machines require the laundromat "debit card". The card costs a dollar for initial purchase. You can refill the card. It gets pack on the weekends. They always have a hispanic show on the tv. I been here every 2 weeks and I still havent learn any new spanish words yet. This is the laundromat that I go to.
