I was able to get my laundry picked up within 15 minutes of calling the establishment, which was free. After picking up my clothes, I immediately received a picture with my clothes weighed and a transparent receipt of how much it cost for my laundry. My laundry was clean and folded the next day. The staff was also friendly and there was no wait. My entire experience was a smooth which was great. I definitely plan to use this place again!

Tried to do laundry in the evening, attendant was even there and watched us start our load at 9:30 pm. Come back to take it out of the dryer, whole shop is closed. Tried calling the number on the sign only to be told I have a wrong number. Now I am stuck without all my clothes until the morning when I will have to redo them. What a horrible company, never going back thankfully another laundromat worth a damn is down the block

Machines are less expensive than many other places and take coins so you don't have to buy into a card system. They will give you coins for your bills as well. TV was on but not too loud and not tuned to an irritating station. Sometimes that means a lot. The owner was pleasant, smiling, helpful, invited me to charge my phone. I did not use their drop off service so cannot comment on that. I will return to do more wash and dry.

After the high cost of her machines and cost of detergent and OXYclean, the delivery service isn't that much more expensive we have found, and it's so much more convenient and less stressful on our part. New Busy Season does an amazing job on the laundry itself. Her clothes are spotless and perfectly folded and they never seem overdried. And they make pick-up and drop-off a breeze for our mom. We love that they will call to make sure she's home before delivering so she can wait by the intercom since she's hard of hearing and might not hear the buzz otherwise. I don't know if that's standard procedure on their part to call, but the fact that they do in this case is wonderful. She calls them when she is ready for a new pick-up and they tell her what time they will be there, and I think she says it's always promptly. She says the delivery person is always very friendly as well. Just a perfect on-going experience with this great business. We are all so grateful!

And the place is expansive and full of machines, so no need to get close. Last night, I was feeling restless and decided to give my old favorite a try. While there were new machines & dryers, the place was filthier than ever! Debris on the floor, tops of the washing machines gross from detergent, every washer I touched had lint or random stuff inside and sadly I spotted a couple of roaches. There were about 4-5 other people and one attendant. So I was surprised at the state of the place. Like most laundromats, this place uses a card instead of coins. The card is $5 which seems standard. I used the older washing machines that were $5.50 for what I think was a double loader. The indicator lights weren't working. I also used the older dryers at .35¢ for 8 minutes. Clothes including hoodies dried (for the most part) after 4 rounds. They used to be 24 hours, but no longer. Tuesday and Thursday nights they close at 10 and reopen in the morning. This laundromat is tiny. Just few washer and dryer. Hopefully they expand because when it gets busy I saw people waiting for dryer on the line. The owner was nice! One of the washer I was using it wasn't working so he said take the clothes out and move to next dryer. He was happy to help unlike somewhere with all these angry faces. I couldn't find a garbage can at this laundromat. Hopefully this laundromat will be my go place from now on because it's close. The worker or owner not sure who even discounted the first time drop off and like most people I still wasn't going to write a review. What made me write this review is that I found a crinkled up $5.00 bill that was put in my bag of done laundry. I'm sure that they found the money and put it back the way it was placed.
