The staff is unfriendly, they don't update their business hours on Google, and after 8 PM, the staff prevents customers from leaving the laundromat. The washing machines also seem very old and don't work properly. read more

The woman who answered the phone apparently does not speak or understand English, I asked her how much is it per pound to drop off clothes and she hung up on me. I called a second time, and she basically gave me a price, but not in a courteous tone. I will go elsewhere. read more

Very rude employees and the machines are old and dirty. Too many machines are broken. used little water to wash clothes. Really don't like this place. read more

I should have checked the reviews before walking in, had such a horrible experience. I found this laundromat's driving by, I needed to get some sheets covers washed and dry. The place was very big so I thought it might be a nice place with fair pricing. It was not what I experience. I wanted to do a drop off, and was looking for some assistance. The two Spanish ladies at the counter were welcoming in the beginning. They quoted me $30 for a drop off. I asked how they get to that price, what I brought in was just sheet covers not any comforters or blankets. When I asked to double check they gave me this big attitude like, this is the price take it or leave. Average price to get my sheet covers washed is around $20, I've done it before, they thought I was stupid or something, tried to ripped me off too. So I took my business up the block, guess what ! Miss Bubble laundromat took a look and charged me $20. read more

Really rude! I paid for my washing machine and it broke down and they said I was a liar for not paying, really sad, I will never go there again. read more

Went here once and never again, workers got mad at me for inserting bills to get quarters. How tf you expect me to do laundry and support your business without quarters? Smh read more

I don't even want to give them a one star. I put my clothes in the drying machine and put 25 cent in it and it didn't work. So I asked one spanish guy like "I put my quarter and it seems like doesn't work" and he goes like so offensive and he almost yelled at me and said "this machine doesn't have light !!" I never go to laundromat because I used to have a washing machine. it's my second time coming to Laundromat place so I have no idea. I said then you should put some sign on here and he just ignored me. I will go to Bubble instead of coming here. Hope your business go down read more

Queen Bee Laundromat Inc - Broken machine with no sign - Laundromat Near Me - Flushing, New York

First , this is a beautiful space and has clean washers and friendly staff. I am giving this business 1 star simply because the opener is exploiting this community of hrs working people charging 5.25 for medium size wash. We are not funding your trip to the Maldives or channel bags . This is ridiculous price for this neighborhood. Did the price of energy go up ? Please explain why your prices are so high . read more

Pros (1) Parking in the back. Enough said. Cons (1) Workers have attitude problems. (2) Washers and dryers consistently break down during cycles. (3) Dryers have temperature regulation problems. (4) Place needs to be mopped. (5) Just do your laundry somewhere else. read more

One of the machines ate 2 of my quarters so I went to tell the employee, who rudely told me I must've put in a nickel instead of a quarter. Eventually I somehow got the machine to stop eating my quarters but when I had put in the full $5.50, the machine went back to asking me for $5.50 more. I went back to the employee telling her it was broken. She came over, hit my machine three times and left with a glare. This laundromat is big but it is also busy. The employees are rude, the machines are old and just about half of them are out of order. And not to mention, this laundromat is EXPENSIVE! I cannot understand why they charge so much money for us to use machines that are old and broken. There's a smaller but better laundromat down the block from here. Go there instead. Go anywhere else but here. read more

Very rude employees and the marches are old. They delete bad reviews on google also. Their hour is weird and it's not updated. Most of all, the owner is discriminative and lets certain people in even after their closing time, but doesn't let others in even if it's just to get their clothes out. read more

Worst laundry mat ever! Stay away. Old machines that most of the time never work. While washing before 2 customers complained that their clothes got damaged and all they got on return was their payment for using machine. Sometimes you have to bang on the machines so it can start working!!!! Like wth!!! My horrible experience was when my clothes had dried and I was pulling out my clothes from the dryer and a box cutter appeared! My job requires no box cutter and not do I even own one to have popped up with my clothes! Smh! They only have a few decent upgraded dryers that everyone fights over bc there the only ones that really dry your clothes! Your bound to spend more $$ drying your clothes so they can come out dry then semi dry! They should permanently close or close till the place gets fully renovated! read more

Offering FREE Wi-Fi... but again, the worker refused to give the password and gave attitude.. not really a pleasant service...

My "go to" Laundromat. I've been coming here for years. They have a ton of machines and parking in the back. They have new dryers, but limited. Plenty of tables to fold your clothes on. A small television to catch up on news or sporting events. Plenty of change machines, detergents and laundry bags for sale. There's even a massage chair for you to sit on (for a fee) while you wait. The prices are reasonable 4.75 for a large machine, 3.50 for a medium, which are the two sizes I use. I mainly come here to wash quilts and bed sheets, and it takes about 45 minutes (about $1.00) to completely dry my sheets. It's a clean place, minus the random mismatched socks you may find laying around. Plenty of carts to dump your laundry in. Friendly lady that works there gives you change for large bills w/o a fuss. Give Queen Bee a try, if you live in Flushing. read more

Terrible laundromat ever ! Workers are always rude and dishonest. They have few cart less than 10 carts , all the time have to look for the carts. Lots of machines, but most of them were old and you need to bang the machine door to open it. Never ever coming back again. Wasting your time and money. read more

Unfortunately this laundromat is the biggest and closes, note unfortunate! Don't bother coming on weekends. It's super packed so if you do, be ready to fight old ladies for machines. Also don't leave your clothes unattended. I had two incidents where my clothes were on the verge of being stolen. Caught one guy literally in the act! Additionally, watch your dryers. Old ladies who come here are so BOSS they will take your clothes out of the big dryers and put their own inside! The only saving grace about this place is the staff are very nice if you treat them with respect. I always goto them with issues and they will take care of it immediately! read more

I have no actually been here however I drive by here all the time. I see they have a big sign saying they have air conditioner. Today is laundry day and I decided to call them and ask them first before I go to see if they actually still offer air conditioner. My voice is raspy because I woke up with a cold. The lady hung up on me the first time and then when I called back a second time she yelled at me to stop calling and was angry. I am very upset and deeply offended. If someone can't even try to understand you on the phone, their quality of service must be equally as inadequate read more

parking is a little difficult. busy street where everyone is constantly u-turning (hello, what gives?). 24 hours, they have a laundry service in the back where they charge 65 cents per pound with a 10 pound min. now i am pretty sure i paid 30 for just under 14 lbs so anyway.... read more

The washers will start after you put the coins in because you're only have to do it two times because it only takes $1.50 at a time. Overall it's a good place read more

DO NOT ever come to this place. I've put in the coins into the machine but never worked. I called the employee for refund but rather than offering the change. She accused of me not putting in the money. I was so disgusted with this place. If only I could give negative stars..... read more

The worst laundry place I have ever been to. The staff are dishonest and laundry is done terribly. They advertise good prices but dont let that fool you. In one visit they attempted to cheat me 5 times. 1) When I dropped off my clothes they lied about the weight twice. When I had them show me the scale they changed the weight. 2) when I went to pick up the clothing and pay they made a "math mistake" and attempted to charge me $7 more than I was supposed to be charged on the receipt. 3) Upon going thru my clothing in the store I noted multiple nice items that were missing. Sure enough they were hidden away in the back of a closet. Yes...They were attempting to STEAL my clothing. 4) After I pointed these things out the laundry worker (Raul) grabbed my laundry bags and told me to come back the next day to get them because he "doesnt like me." This place should be closed down. They've reached a level of dishonesty I have never before encountered in a business in this country. Stay away! read more
