I should have checked the reviews before walking in, had such a horrible experience. I found this laundromat's driving by, I needed to get some sheets covers washed and dry. The place was very big so I thought it might be a nice place with fair pricing. It was not what I experience. I wanted to do a drop off, and was looking for some assistance. The two Spanish ladies at the counter were welcoming in the beginning. They quoted me $30 for a drop off. I asked how they get to that price, what I brought in was just sheet covers not any comforters or blankets. When I asked to double check they gave me this big attitude like, this is the price take it or leave. Average price to get my sheet covers washed is around $20, I've done it before, they thought I was stupid or something, tried to ripped me off too. So I took my business up the block, guess what ! Miss Bubble laundromat took a look and charged me $20. read more

So I asked one spanish guy like "I put my quarter and it seems like doesn't work" and he goes like so offensive and he almost yelled at me and said "this machine doesn't have light !!" One of the machines ate 2 of my quarters so I went to tell the employee, who rudely told me I must've put in a nickel instead of a quarter. Eventually I somehow got the machine to stop eating my quarters but when I had put in the full $5.50, the machine went back to asking me for $5.50 more. I went back to the employee telling her it was broken. She came over, hit my machine three times and left with a glare. This laundromat is big but it is also busy. The employees are rude, the machines are old and just about half of them are out of order. And not to mention, this laundromat is EXPENSIVE! Worst laundry mat ever! Stay away. Old machines that most of the time never work. While washing before 2 customers complained that their clothes got damaged and all they got on return was their payment for using machine. Sometimes you have to bang on the machines so it can start working!!!! Like wth!!! My horrible experience was when my clothes had dried and I was pulling out my clothes from the dryer and a box cutter appeared! My job requires no box cutter and not do I even own one to have popped up with my clothes! Smh! They only have a few decent upgraded dryers that everyone fights over bc there the only ones that really dry your clothes! My "go to" Laundromat. I've been coming here for years. They have a ton of machines and parking in the back. They have new dryers, but limited. Plenty of tables to fold your clothes on. A small television to catch up on news or sporting events. Plenty of change machines, detergents and laundry bags for sale. There's even a massage chair for you to sit on (for a fee) while you wait. The prices are reasonable 4.75 for a large machine, 3.50 for a medium, which are the two sizes I use. I mainly come here to wash quilts and bed sheets, and it takes about 45 minutes (about $1.00) to completely dry my sheets. It's a clean place, minus the random mismatched socks you may find laying around. Plenty of carts to dump your laundry in. Friendly lady that works there gives you change for large bills w/o a fuss. Give Queen Bee a try, if you live in Flushing. read more

Lots of machines, but most of them were old and you need to bang the machine door to open it. Never ever coming back again. Wasting your time and money. read more

Unfortunately this laundromat is the biggest and closes, note unfortunate! Don't bother coming on weekends. It's super packed so if you do, be ready to fight old ladies for machines. Also don't leave your clothes unattended. I had two incidents where my clothes were on the verge of being stolen. Caught one guy literally in the act! Additionally, watch your dryers. Old ladies who come here are so BOSS they will take your clothes out of the big dryers and put their own inside! The only saving grace about this place is the staff are very nice if you treat them with respect. I always goto them with issues and they will take care of it immediately! read more

I have no actually been here however I drive by here all the time. I see they have a big sign saying they have air conditioner. Today is laundry day and I decided to call them and ask them first before I go to see if they actually still offer air conditioner. My voice is raspy because I woke up with a cold. The lady hung up on me the first time and then when I called back a second time she yelled at me to stop calling and was angry. I am very upset and deeply offended. The worst laundry place I have ever been to. The staff are dishonest and laundry is done terribly. They advertise good prices but dont let that fool you. In one visit they attempted to cheat me 5 times. 1) When I dropped off my clothes they lied about the weight twice. When I had them show me the scale they changed the weight. 2) when I went to pick up the clothing and pay they made a "math mistake" and attempted to charge me $7 more than I was supposed to be charged on the receipt. 3) Upon going thru my clothing in the store I noted multiple nice items that were missing. Sure enough they were hidden away in the back of a closet. Yes...They were attempting to STEAL my clothing. 4) After I pointed these things out the laundry worker (Raul) grabbed my laundry bags and told me to come back the next day to get them because he "doesnt like me." This place should be closed down. They've reached a level of dishonesty I have never before encountered in a business in this country. Stay away! read more
