I have had to wait on occasion, but I always understand - they do their best to accommodate as many people as possible, and sometimes they may run late. This is just what happens, and will happen at any nail salon you go to. I've been going to this particular one for a long time, and the entire staff are friendly and accommodating. A wait at times is not a big deal, considering how wonderful this place is.

I got the cat eye gel manicure and my sister got the cat eye gel manicure with design. In total, it was about $65 for mine and my sisters was about $75. In total we paid about $140 before tip, which I think is a great deal. They did such an amazing job on our nails!! At other nail salons, they are really rough when they prep the nail for the manicure. I usually bleed when nail techs clear my cuticles. But not at Lumi!! They expertly prepped my nail and made them look so nice with no blood or pain involved. I selected Han Han for my manicure and Maple did my sisters design manicure. Both nail techs were so kind, patient, and caring when doing our nails. Han Han helped me pick out my color too!! 10/10 great service and I am making this my new nail salon!
