Sadly, when they went to enjoy the top tier on their first anniversary, they discovered it had been crushed by the serving staff at the venue and was no longer edible. Wanting to surprise them with that same special cake for their second anniversary, I placed an order--only to realize much later that I had scheduled it for the Saturday before their actual anniversary. When I called to pick up the cake, fully expecting to collect it as-is, Amy responded with extraordinary kindness and generosity. Despite the mix-up being entirely my own, she insisted on making a fresh cake for them that very same day--without hesitation. In a world where genuine customer service can sometimes feel like a thing of the past, AmyCakes reminds us that it still exists--and thrives. Amy, thank you not only for your exquisite cakes but also for your gracious heart and exceptional service. You turned my mistake into something even sweeter.
