The presentation of the food was poor, and the quality wasn't much better. There weren't many choices, although maybe that was because we went during lunch. What really bothered me was seeing a customer who didn't wash his hands, which was extremely concerning from a cleanliness standpoint. Overall, it was not worth a penny in my opinion. Keep driving--don't even slow down. You'd be better off going to McDonald's.

As if tips were mandatory. For two people almost 100. Dollars a total scam. I would never go back to a place like this where everyone puts their hands in the food and on top of that they charge you as if it were an à la carte restaurant. I only ate several things because not everything is food that you know to pay such an exaggerated price. On top of that, the workers see you all the time, it even bothers them if you serve yourself a large amount as if you were not going to pay it and they are almost on top of you so that you go ahead as soon as they see you choosing the dessert and on your table is the bill.

Servers were all nice but they change real quick if you dont tip at the end of the meal. ( we will get back to this.) Now for the bad. The food is regular Chinese buffet food. Not bad not great . With that said charging $50 per person for the dinner on a weekend is insane. (If I'm paying that I want a Fogo de Chao. ) Not only is it that per person than they charge a % for a tip that goes to the servers and cooks. There are signs posted at every table so you cant miss it. Now if you dont tip extra the server will tell you you read the sign wrong. We gave her an extra $20 just so we could leave in peace. Not worth the price . Would not be back.

When I tell you I'm in love with this place, I MEAN IT!…read more I've lived in South Jersey for the last four years and have driven past this place more times than I can count without giving it a second thought. Being from Florida, finding a GOOD BBQ spot up here has been a struggle. Well, that all changed when I stumbled across a TikTok reviewing this place. The food looked incredible, so I knew I had to give it a try! First off, the prices are extremely reasonable, and the portions are AMAZING! But what really stood out to me was the staff. Their customer service deserves an award! They were incredibly friendly, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary restrictions. Now, LET'S TALK ABOUT THE FOOD! The moment our food came out, the aroma alone had my mouth watering! By the time we got home and dug in, THAT'S when the magic happened! I ordered the shrimp and pulled pork, while my wife had the wings with their BBQ sauce and the smoked chicken. For sides, we went with mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, and collard greens. Let me tell you, EVERYTHING was top-notch! Every bite was absolutely delicious, and you can tell they put love into what they do. I can confidently say I've FINALLY found my BBQ spot in South Jersey, and I'll be telling EVERYONE I know to check this place out! Thank you so much for the incredible food, outstanding hospitality, and for just being genuinely amazing people. You've definitely earned yourselves some loyal customers! God bless you all, and we'll absolutely be back!

No matter what you're craving, from fresh sushi and hibachi to Chinese favorites, seafood, salads, desserts, and American classics, there's something for everyone. What impressed me even more was how well everything was stocked. It didn't matter when I walked up to the buffet; the trays were consistently full, fresh, and inviting. I never had the feeling that I was getting the leftovers or waiting for food to be replenished. Another pleasant surprise was how relaxed the atmosphere was. Even on a Friday night, which is usually one of the busiest times for restaurants, it wasn't overcrowded. There was plenty of seating, no long lines at the buffet, and I never felt rushed. It made for a much more enjoyable dining experience. If you're looking for a buffet with a wide selection, fresh food, and a comfortable atmosphere where you don't have to fight the crowds, Hibachi Grill & Supreme Buffet is definitely worth a visit. I'll gladly be coming back.

Well, if you read my previous review about the Borgata this is an update. We decided to try it…read moreagain and were very pleasantly surprised. We booked a room in the MGM Tower. It was named the Restore room as it had an air purifier and small machine that made your room smell so clean. It was so incredibly clean, comfortable and quiet. The resort was super crowded but it did not compromise the service as everyone was so helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend the Borgata MGM Tower. As a side note, we did pay for this room vs the first time was a comp , not sure if that made the difference but either way a great stay! We definitely will be back!!

Very Disappointing -- Borgata Has Really Gone Downhill…read more I visited the Borgata buffet over Labor Day weekend with my family of four, and the total was close to $200. Unfortunately, for that price, I honestly felt that we would have been better off going to a regular restaurant with better tasting food. I hadn't been to the Borgata buffet in a very long time. I remember when it was around $30-$35 per person, and I had much better memories of the food. That's why it was especially disappointing to see how much it seems to have declined. There were a few highlights. The gelato was very good, and I will say the dessert section seems to have improved. The salmon was probably the standout savory dish. The platanos, waffles, pork ribs, and meatballs were also good. The General Tso's chicken was decent as well. Unfortunately, those positives were outweighed by the negatives. There wasn't even much of a fruit selection anymore, which was surprising for a buffet at this price point. The sushi rice wasn't prepared properly all mushy and the shrimp cocktail didn't taste particularly fresh. The seasoned shrimp was also far too salty. The seafood section was particularly disappointing. The clams were so salty that they were essentially inedible, and whoever seasoned the mussels simply did not get the seasoning right. These are not particularly complicated dishes, so it was surprising to see them executed so poorly. The fried foods were also hit or miss. Some batches looked cooked on the outside, but the shrimp inside were still undercooked and appeared almost raw. Some of the vegetables, such as the zucchini, were noticeably undercooked as well. The steak was very tough, while the prime rib was extremely bland and lacked flavor. The Chinese section, aside from the General Tso's chicken, was particularly disappointing. The pasta dishes, including the macaroni and cheese over cooked and tasteless w alfredo being was oddly sweet was extremely underwhelming. And honestly, this is what surprised me most about the entire experience. It's not as though the buffet has an enormous number of dishes that would make it impossible to maintain quality. The selection is relatively limited, and many of the individual dishes are not particularly difficult to prepare. Yet so many of them were either poorly seasoned, undercooked, overcooked, bland, or simply not executed well. When you have a smaller selection of dishes, you would expect those dishes to be done really well. Instead, it felt like there were only a handful of things that were actually worth eating. That is what made the experience so surprising and disappointing. Overall, a large majority of the food was simply not good enough to justify going to a buffet. At nearly $200 for four people, I expected significantly better quality and consistency. What made this experience even more disappointing is that this was my parents' first time staying at the Borgata. Unfortunately, the food experience was poor enough that it actually made them less interested in wanting to stay at the hotel again. When you're spending money on a casino resort, the dining experience is part of the overall experience--and a bad meal can definitely affect whether you want to return. Borgata used to be one of my favorite places to go in Atlantic City, so I really wanted to like it. But after this visit, I'm not sure I would choose it over newer properties like Hard Rock or Ocean Casino Resort. Those properties may be newer, but at this point, I think I'd rather spend my money there than return to this buffet. Overall: very disappointing, especially considering the price and what I remember Borgata being like in the past.
