Prices were decently reasonable and the food was tasty but not out-of-this-world good like I recall from my childhood. Check out locations could also get confusing between vendors. Then when I stated I just wanted a refund she wanted me to provide information I didn't have right in front of me for her to verify the order she had just given me the order date for, so she obviously had that information right in front of her. After about 20-30 seconds of her waiting for me to look it up she decided she didn't need me to give it to her. This is not the Bobby Chez I remember. They will never get my order or recommendation again. That being said after reading the recent reviews this may have been a blessing in disguise.
