Perfect place to do work and get coffee. Surprising this was my first time here and I'm sad I didn't come in sooner. They have a large menu with seasonal drinks. I got their baklava latte from their winter menu. The coffee was a little on the sweet side for me but that can be easily adjusted in my opinion. They also have good that my friends said are good. Loved the art inside this place. It is pretty spacious inside and there were a couple of large tables being taken up by meetings or study groups. I'm glad I didn't just drive through here because I would have missed out on the artwork. The service was fine inside, just not overly smiley. What a cute coffee shop. I love the ambiance with the different art decors and paintings inside. There's ample amount of seating and there seems to be a private seating area that can be sectioned off. My husband and I had lattes and thoroughly enjoyed some nice hot cups of coffee. Stella has been good many times, but lately, they have continued to get drinks wrong and are super inconsistent in flavor/taste. We ordered an iced mocha and s'mores cold brew yesterday and it took quite a bit- we were given two complimentary drink cards because they were training (much appreciated and understandable) however, the drinks were not good. The cold brew looked like tea with a splash of milk in it and tasted like watered down lavender coffee. The iced mocha was very bitter and not at all the way it has tasted for the last several months I've been drinking them. On Labor Day, I checked social media and Apple Maps to see if they were closed or closed early for the holiday. We pulled up, people were inside, but we're told at the DT that they're closed. read more

If you love smoothies and muffins, the blueberry muffin and wild berry smoothie are fantastic. I waited til my 3rd visit to review because I felt service and taste were lacking the first two visits and I wanted to give them a chance, but after my third visit I can say that finally my order was accurate, no issues with service, but the coffee / lattes are much too weak. They taste almost like a chai latte. Today we tried the traditional latte and the toasted cinnamon latte and both were lacking a good coffee flavor. Stella Nova was the only spot that was open at 4pm on July 4th when my friends and I were on the hunt for a caffeine fix. Although the interior has a corporate feel to it with the layout- similar to Starbucks- they added some cute personal touches such as a wall that has mini figurines as well as a little nook (a booth-style seating area for about 3-6 people that's off to the side and has a curtain that you can pull closed for privacy). I ordered a decaf cortado with lavender, a touch of honey, and magic milk (a milk they make that by mixing a couple different dairy free milks) and it was absolutely delicious; creamy, zesty from the espresso, with a moderate amount of sweetness enhancing the drink. My friends and I enjoyed half an hour just chatting in the little 'cubby' that was tucked out of the way of the main dining area and thoroughly enjoyed the quietness of the space! If I get a chance to come back to the area, I'll definitely drop by again. read more

I love this place! Not only are their drinks spectacular, but they have amazing pastries as well. Their lemon poppyseed muffin is one of my favorites. It always has the perfect flavor and texture and is huge. My husband tried their cinnamon roll for the first time today and said it was pretty good as well (although, not the best he's had). Definitely great value for size. I have tried both their hot chai and their chai Frappuccino. Their hot chai was perfect. Their chai Frappuccino was delicious but very very sweet. My husband really enjoyed the s'mores latte. We will definitely be back to try out more beverages and breakfast items. read more

Excellent stop for breakfast or lunch! Their coffee was superb i only wish i had ordered a medium rather than a small. I got just the plain drip coffee and it was fabulous. They asked if i wanted sugar and creamer i said yes and they put the sugar and creamer in which i was hesitant because i always prefer to do so. I had the light roast and it had so much flavor and really helped wake me up! My son got the cinnamon roll it was large and delicious. It didn't come with tons of frosting and mess like some often do. The double chocolate chip muffin i got was delicious i ate every last crumb. It was so fresh and moist! full of chocolate chips throughout! They also have a super convenient drive thru! read more

Finally got around to trying this place and it was a very pleasant experience all around! I got a 12oz Hazelnut Latte w/oat milk and a bacon breakfast wrap. The latte was silky, full bodied, but a touch too sweet in my opinion. Next time I'll get less syrup so I can taste the coffee, which is my preference so I can't really dock them a point for that. The burrito was nothing special, but perfect in portion. I like small burritos, and this one fit the bill. It didn't have much meat but I honestly prefer my breakfast burritos to be heavy on the egg. Both drip coffees were empty when I ordered mine around 10 AM on a Sunday morning before noon (3/9/24). And the cashier microwaved my bagel when I ordered an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese. I took the bagel back to get it toasted, and someone in my party overheard the cashier complaining to a coworker about my request. I'm not going back here for a chewy microwaved bagel and bad service. And the coffee was very weak too. read more

I was really impressed with the coffee that I ordered. I'm pretty picky about my coffee but this had a lot of flavor and the blend was even and not overwhelmingly sweet. I ordered via the drive through and I was impressed that they moved pretty quickly. The baristas were really friendly and peppy. Overall it was a good experience. I enjoyed my coffee and I got in and out quickly - which is a huge plus. The overall design of the building is really nice, very modern and stylish. I recently heard about this place and was in the area to try them out! I originally wanted the cold brew but they were out so I settled for the latte originally with coconut milk but they were also out so I got oat milk. After arriving at the window they comped my drink since they were out of a few of the items I originally wanted (very kind of them). The burrito is pre made but for pre made it was pretty dang tasty. A cute new coffee shop located in the developing outlet on 150th & Western. Staff is young and friendly. Plenty of seating available with a variety of options if alone or with a group. Well cleaned and maintained. Coffee is served HOT! I would pop the lid off and give it a few minutes to cool. One of the main reasons I was excited to try this place was because they have oat milk. It is an up and coming milk alternative and in my opinion, it is the closest tasting alternative to milk. I believe their oat milk is sweetened. I didn't need to add any sweetener to it. If you like flavored syrups, they have a plethora of options! I'm not sure who their roasters are, but I'd be delighted to find out. My guest got a medium roast coffee and a blueberry muffin. I believe their pastries are made off site, as we saw an employee stocking the display case with pastries from a large box. I recognized the label, but I don't want to claim their source without confirmation. All in all, we really enjoyed our experience. We plan to be back for more! read more

I've been getting my coffee from here regularly during COVID-19. It has been nice to be able to support a local business during this time. The staff is always friendly and they were taking the proper precautions (wearing masks, gloves) I've tried several of their drinks and they weren't always made the same (some were sweeter than others, etc.) but nothing that would sway me from going back. My only thing is that depending on the time of day, I've noticed that the drive-thru can be spotty. Sometimes it's a very quick process, sometimes it's not. I understand that can be dependent on lots of factors and it hasn't kept me from going, but I try to plan my trips there depending on the time of day. read more

Starting my morning at this Stella Nova location is always a good investment. The staff, either inside or at the drive-thru window, are so genuinely nice. I always get a full, authentic greeting and a "have an amazing day, see you later." It's just beyond what I would expect from a busy-busy employee that early in the morning, anywhere :) Also, and especially important, I always order the same thing (a hot chai w/ oat milk + a single shot and a breakfast wrap with salsa) and it's always (always) the same. I previously frequented another (popular) coffee franchise and it would be a gamble on how the drink would arrive. It's so disappointing when you are excited to treat yourself and it isn't at the quality or consistency you hoped. Stella Nova in Edmond has always been on point. Cheers! read more

We are coffee people and this is our go-to coffee shop. I love the lattes my husband says the coffee is consistently good. The service is always friendly. I think they do a great job with culture and making it local. I think their seating is cool and comfortable. I would give it a 5 except I think the drive thru is spotty...sometimes it's a 2-3 min experience and sometimes a 10-15 min (even if it's just one car). And the food/bakery items are pretty average, especially for being a higher quality coffee/brand. They all kind of look like they have been unpacked from one of those plastic wrapped cardboard trays and set out for display. The cinnamon roll has been the food of choice and it's good, not great. read more

I've been frequenting Stella Nova since it opened on Western! I'd been dreaming of a local shop close to my house with a DRIVETHRU for ages. Drink consistency is on par. Lots of options for customization as well as food choices. I do with them get a new type of cheese and chocolate danish.
