Their coffee options are incredible (so many options!) and I always gravitate toward their breakfast sandwich. It's on this big, poofy ciabattino roll with egg, cheese, and arugula, and it is so satisfyingly rich but not too, too heavy. (You can add meat, too, although I think it's good as is.) Their Vietnamese cold brew is a must-try. I know some reviewers didn't love it, but for me, it's pure bike fuel: Cafe du Monde cold brew with condensed milk...and that color gradient! Oh, it's gorgeous. They don't mix it in advance, so every sip is a swirl from brown to creamy white. On a holiday (Juneteenth), I even biked over to grab the breakfast taco for my coworkers who had to be at work for a bit, and they raved about it too. It's always buzzing, especially on weekends, but now that it's good weather out, they recently added outdoor seating. What a fun, local, charming coffee spot, and honestly, I think it's the best one in Brighton.

It's an artsy, natural environment that feels like a total sanctuary if you need to put your head down and get some work done or just chill with a cup of tea. While you're waiting for your drink, they have this really lovely community wall that's so sweet to read through. You can genuinely feel the sense of community in there, which makes the whole place feel super welcoming. However, I'd probably skip the Vietnamese coffee next time. It didn't quite hit the mark for authenticity; the condensed milk felt a bit watered down and the coffee itself wasn't nearly concentrated enough to give it that signature kick. It's a beautiful place to sit and relax, and I'd totally go back to try something else on the menu, but the Viet coffee was a bit of a letdown. Go for the peace and quiet and the heartwarming community vibes, but maybe pivot to a different drink!

Arriving around 11-12 on a Saturday, my friends and I reserved a table at In House Cafe and received quick and efficient service from kind and informative servers. It's nice to note that the uniforms are also adorable and punchy. The food itself was absolutely phenomenal and my friends and I, despite ordering a VAST array of delicious items from pizza to pancakes, all agreed that the food was delicious and well worth the trip! The apple Cinnamon Pancakes were nearly to die for, warm and delicious, the batter seemed homemade, and honestly gets a solid 10/10. The same goes for my drink of choice, the iced caramel latte with oat milk. The bacon and eggs were as you'd expect and well executed. The Shakshuka was good and smelled amazing, but my only note would be that an addition of salt or a slight edge to the dish would bring it over the top- My friend who initially ordered the dish says that an addition of Feta cheese will do the trick, as she ordered a side of it to go on top. For my personal taste it was a 7.5/10. The pizza was a great serving size for 1-2 people in one sitting, or could easily be stretched out into multiple meals if needed. The fresh tasting vegetables brought the dish together, and the meal was happily enjoyed. and a pro tip; if you have leftovers i'd recommend reheating in an air-fryer for perfect crispy crust 9/10 The chocolate strawberry latte exceeded my expectations, as I am not a usual fan of chocolate strawberries, but this drink was a very pleasant surprise. It wasn't overly sweet or artificially flavored, and I couldn't help but ask my friend for a few sips throughout the meal. The bathrooms were VERY clean and VERY well maintained, and the restaurant is just a very quick walk away from the bus stop. Accessible by car but parking may be hard to find, so be aware if you choose to go by car. I would go back to boston soley for those pancakes! ONE thing I will note is that for three people our order came out to a bit over $100. You can feel free to interpret that as you so choose. I will say I was somewhat surprised, but NOT regretful! I'd still go back for the pancakes ‍

I couldn't taste the fig at all. -Chocolate croissant: 4.8/5, I was initially disappointed that this massive croissant didn't have much chocolate but the croissant itself is so soft yet crispy that I'm still thinking about it today and would absolutely get it again. -Caramel Tart: 4.5/5, tiny but packed full of flavor, quality caramel, and a great soft crust. I would love to try their other tart flavors but would definitely get this again -Tiramisu: 4.2/5, my favorite thing is that the "tin" it comes in is made of chocolate which was delicious and a very nice touch. The tiramisu itself is more creamy than coffee and I prefer the other way but it was still great and I recommend it. We would for sure come here again and try more of their goodies whenever we're in the area!

I've ordered Fuel America two days in a row because of how good their matcha, fruit bowls, and croissants are. Their fruit bowls are SO fresh, I was truly shocked at how good their berries were, no soggy or mushy ones. To me, I feel like they definitely put care into making the bowls and they are so beautifully put together as well. And last but certainly not least, the croissants are absolutely delicious.
