On top of this, they have double charged me and are essentially taking money out of my account at will, with no explanation or accountability. I have recorded conversations with the manager who repeatedly made promises they never fulfilled, yelled at me, disrespected me, and treated me as if I was trying to "trick" them -- when all I wanted was what I paid for. There is no real corporate number, headquarters, or escalation option. You are completely at the mercy of the individual store you deal with.
