The dough and mozzarella were outstanding, fresh, and perfectly chewy. The pizza sauce was definitely homemade. The cotta ham, mushroom, and special pizzas were simply amazing. They offered a unique twist on the traditional pizza, with the meat adding a salty flavour that complemented the green toppings. We also noticed a chilli olive oil on the side, and adding it to the pizzas took them to the next level. It added a whole new layer of flavour that made it the best pizza I've ever had. Overall, we were not disappointed and highly recommend trying out this hidden gem of a pizza place just south of Buchanan Street.

This was likely because the pizza oven wasn't as hot or the dough had rested differently - the first one was in the evening and the second flatter one was just as they opened at 11:30am.
