First off, the customer service at Steamy Concepts is excellent. They are thorough and very very nice. I originally contacted them direct message through Yelp and they were one of the first business to respond. They asked a few questions and gave me the choice of what day and time to come. I had requested a day that would work for me, then I decided that I needed it to be done earlier. I called them about a week in advance and they were more than happy to accommodate my request and let me choose what day and time I would like. The day before my appointment they called me to confirm and answered any questions I had and were again very friendly. The day of my appointment, they said they would be there mid-afternoon which was fine, then Randy called and said he could come earlier if I wanted him too. I said sure! I needed a bit more time ti clear things out of the room and he was way cool about it. When he got to my place he took a quick look around told me it would take him about 40minutes if that. He also helped me clear any other leftovers I had in the rooms. Despite their computer being down and couldn't take my card he was kind enough to follow me to the gas station so I could get cash. These guys are super professional and very friendly. I would highly recommend them. read more

We had Steamy Concepts out to clean, polish and restore a small portion of our travertine floor. We received a bid that assured us our floor would look like new except for some edge damage that we new was not correctable. The project was to include filling holes, cleaning the grout and polishing and sealing the floor. On the first day of our appointment they arrived totally unprepared. Cancelled that day and rescheduled. The second time they worked a half day and left. The third day they worked another half day and left. The result was poor to say the least. Much of the groat was still dirty. Their Workman accused us of having replaced the groat in that area which is rediculous. He filled no holes until I pushed him doing only a very few, leaving filler residue on the surface and the filler rough on top in the hole looking poorer when he was done. He actually filled the holes after he polished the floor and never went back. We have had this floor cleaned and polished several times over the years and this is the poorest results we have ever had while the most expensive. Jerry B read more

I recently reviewed this company for renewing our grout and our tile in our home. They did such a great job, that we opted to do our Fall Carpet Cleaning with them as well. As before, Jeremy called to let us know he would be arriving 5 min early (yay) and we sat down and discussed what services we need. He went to work right away and did a terrific job - removing some spotted areas and helping me move a large and heavy leather sofa in our Great Room. He did 4 rooms and the stairs - and did a great job. When he was done, we went over everything to make sure I was satisfied with their service and understood the charges. I will use them again. They really have customer service down to a fine art - they are on time, they are personable, helpful and professional. And when they leave, they gave me 2 pair of surgical booties to put over our shoes until our carpet dried. Very nice - great job - and we could recommend them for either tile, or carpeting, or both!!! See you all in the spring! And thank you for doing such a terrific job. read more

Very satisfied with the service provided us getting our carpets cleaned. Daniel and his associate Daren took the time to review with us what cleaning process would best be to get our carpets looking like new again and the pricing of each process. After completing each room Daniel and Daren would have us check out their work and if needed redo any area of that carpet . Overall they did an outstanding job getting our carpets cleaned. Due to the deep cleaning process of our family room carpet a few additional soil spots appeared. I called the office about the issue and within a few days Daniel came back out and took care of the problem. I would not hesitate to recommend Steamy Concepts (Daniel and Dareen) to our friends for their carpet cleaning needs. In the future we will call Steamy Concepts for our Tile & Grout Cleaning. read more

Our goal is to have a shoe-free home, so we called to have our tile and grout cleaned throughout 1500 sq ft of our home, and we're super happy with the result. The technician, Brent was friendly, professional, and did a thorough job bringing our floor back to life. The grout went from black to white, and the overall appearance of the tile improved also. I was impressed with their customer service throughout the job. We received a fair price quote, and we will use this company again in the future. They also offer carpet and upholstery cleaning. *one small thing they can improve is offering a 2-hour window instead of a 4-hour window for appointment time. We were quoted between 8-12, and they were running behind and showed up at 12:30. Not a huge deal, but we have a toddler and parents know how crucial nap time is* read more

Been using these guys for many years now. Used to be happy with their service but this last guy they sent out was an absolute clown! He single handedly made sure I would never use this company ever again! And when I let the company know about how unprofessional he was, how rude he was and how he left damage on my walls, floors and a mess behind they couldn't care less. A manager never even reached out to me to try and make things right. He managed to rush through 3 rooms in 10 minutes. That's not what I'd call proper carpet cleaning. He left water all over my laminate flooring which damaged the floors. To say I'm dissatisfied would be the understatement of the century. Avoid! read more

Steamy Concepts provided us with some of the BEST customer service we have EVER received!!! Truly, I have never written a yelp review before, but this company was just TOO GOOD to not share! They were incredibly helpful, very knowledgable, and truly went the extra mile to serve us well! They communicated with us throughout the process and worked directly with our insurance company to get all of the costs completely taken care of. Their prices were very fair and, throughout the process, they were seeking to fix our home in the best possible way! Go with Steamy Concepts--you won't regret it! read more

Absolutely amazing!!!!! Brought my home back to life! After having a toddler, carpet can definately take some wear and tear, But kyle got it looking bran new! I referred to my parents who have four dogs, two cats, and plenty of stains and wear. Kyle once again erased the years of discoloration, smell, & brightened their carpet immaculately! The pet package was an absolute must and really brought the whole house back to light! I will be referring steamy concepts to EVERYONE I know, best service & professionalism I have found! Jacob came in and gave me an honest estimate and spent extra time to get my carpets as clean as possible. I have pets and children and the carpets were not in good shape but looked great by the time he left. He helped explain the best way to combat smells and stains in the future and even explained how to best utilize the specials and their pont system. AND he even helped change my AC vent filters because I made mention to him about my allergies. I will definitely be using them regularly in the future! Especially if Jacob is our tech!!! read more

This review is long overdue, with that being said I would like to let you know I am well pleased with this company and especially Kyle. They were very professional, did exactly as explained and very fair with price and quality of work. The owner reached out with inquiring about how my service was and when I voiced a concern they quickly corrected. I am well pleased and thankful for the terrific job Kyle did and would highly recommend this company. I look forward to a long relationship with steamy concepts. read more

I recently contacted Steve at Steamy Concepts to handle a mold issue in a wine room at my home. The service was prompt, efficient, through and at a fair price. The post inspection showed no sign of mold. Subsequently, we discovered another mold issue in our garage. I immediately called Steve at Steamy Concepts and this issue was handled in the same manner as the original job. An outstanding two jobs by Steve's teams at Steamy Concepts. I highly recommend them without hesitation. read more

Thank you Steamy Concepts for being quick and convenient. Jacob and Randy were both efficient and professional. They did not leave puddles or wet spots on my floor and on both occasions, my carpet(s) were left looking great. I have 3 dogs that shed and a houseguest who visited with severe asthma and she remarked that my carpets did not agitate her. The loyalty program is an added bonus which will keep me scheduling. Thank you! read more

Bought a house and had a bad mold problem, called steamy Concepts and Stephen barnes came out. He was very thorough in the free estimate finding other areas with mold that other company's had not found. We decided to go with them because of that, Stephen was very prompt in awnsering questions and letting us know how the work was going. As we were not staying in the house because if the mold, would recommend them to anyone. read more

Steve was already at my residence waiting for me. I was running behind. Steve explained the process of cleaning and the extras be had to offer. Steve made suggestions without pressure and informed me he could even clean the tile, when I am ready to. which I haven't even thought was something they offer. I'll definitely take Steve up on that in a few months. Very satisfied with Steve and Steamy Concepts. read more

This company is absolutely terrific! very knowledgeable and professional. They were at my home when they said they would be. I had a stain that popped up 2 days later and the manager came to my house personally and went out of his way to pre-treat and re-steam. All the carpets look fantastic and they got out some heavy stains. USE THEM, USE THEM! I will only use them from now on! read more

After doing business with Stanley Steamer for 26yrs, as they say if it's not broke then why fix it. Well Steamy proved that concept wrong. I didn't know it was broke till Steamy came and cleaned my carpet, needless to say I was using a broken company. I believe in being fare so, I will give Steamy 26yrs to prove they are the best. Thanks Randy and Deon great job. read more

These guys are great and much more reasonably priced than many of the other more well-known carpet cleaning services. I like that scheduling online is easy and I get a call about 30 minutes before they are due to the house so I can stay at work and don't have to wait around for "the carpet cleaning guy." Would definitely recommend them to anyone. read more
