We called at least seven different security agencies and each agency took down our needs and contact information then informed us that someone would call us back with more information. American Universal Security was the first and only company to call us back within the hour. They were also the only company that called us back that same day. A few of the companies... we never heard from. We liked what American Universal told us about their services as well as the cost. The kicker was that they could have someone on site that same evening. And this was during the middle of the winter rains! Here we are, approaching the end of April, and for various reasons, we are still using American Universal Security. The guard from that very first night in January, Siraj, is still with us. He has always been polite, professional, prepared, and always on time. Siraj (as well as other guards from American Universal) has always notified us when something seems a little "off." He truly deserves more praise than I am capable of typing. Many times during these past four months, we've needed additional coverage, and American Universal was able to accommodate our needs that same day.
