Within seconds, a security guard named Turner approached and began aggressively yelling at me to "keep moving." I calmly explained I was waiting for the spot, but he continued raising his voice in an extremely confrontational way in front of my kids, who became visibly scared and started shaking. It escalated further when he began taking photos of my family, including my minor children, and my vehicle while threatening to "report" us--despite us doing absolutely nothing wrong. After I parked, he continued taking photos and refused--repeatedly--to let me speak with a supervisor. He told me he was "busy" and that his supervisor had "better things to do." I asked at least a dozen times, and he refused every single time. What made this even more concerning was that shortly after, I saw multiple other cars waiting for parking spots in the exact same way, and he said nothing to them. It felt completely selective and unjustified. I had to go into Erewhon to try to get contact information for the security company because the guard would not provide anything. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially at a location that's supposed to be welcoming and family-friendly. I come here daily and expect basic professionalism--not to be yelled at or have my children frightened by someone on a power trip. Management seriously needs to address this.

Instead of texting me back or even calling he thought he would show up at my door and ring the bell to follow up. Zero judgment. Inappropriate behavior. No training. Tamim Latif provides outstanding service and responsiveness. Russell our current guard is superb - always on time and never leaves early. I know because Tamim gave me access to their app, where the guards clock in with photos. We've had them 2 mos and have lots of expensive construction materials on site, besides most of our belongings in the garage. We have had Zero problems since Wolfpack came on. Their charges were reasonable, after comparing with a dozen other companies, and they were always easy to reach and added me as Additional Insured. I lost more in just one robbery than in a month of Wolfpack. I 100% recommend Wolfpack if you have any worries at all about theft.
