After finishing cutting she took key to car for programming. Only 2 buttons out of 4 worked. She said she only guaranteed her $55 key, which is identical to my $20 Ebay key. Not only was the programming wrong even the cut only works one way instead of 2 ways. She said tough luck. Now I'm out $140. Hopefully she's out a LOT of customers.

Tony saved me a ton of hassle tonight!…read more I provided sound and lighting production services for a band at Too Mixed up in Wheeler, WI tonight. I unfortunately got locked out of my U-Haul rental trailer during load out because one of my door locks wasn't accepting my key around 12:30 AM and all of my cases and covers for my equipment was inside of the trailer, while my gear was outside in the elements. I called 3 lock smiths, and Tony answered at 1:18 AM!!! He was about to drive 30+ minutes to my location per my request, but before he did, he asked me if I had any WD-40. I just so happen to keep WD-40 in my car. Tony told me to spray some inside of the key hole, then move the key in and out a few times, then turn the key and IT UNLOCKED!!! Hurray! I was able to load out quickly after that and drive home. There are still kind-hearted people in this world after all! Thank you, Tony and Tru-Lock!
