He did quick tune up of heat system and charged me $180. He then called in and ordered part for me. I agreed to install it myself to save another service call. I drove 40 miles round trip to pick up the $191 part. Got home and decided to do a little research. The average cost for this part was $75-80. And they charged me $191 and I installed it myself. They would not take it back, even though box never opened. I have been doing business with them exclusively for the last 12 years, but no more.

Although they easily could have just tried to sell me a new boiler, they only suggested the work that was actually needed at this point. They were efficient, professional and did a great job. We contacted several companies for bids and ComfortAire gave us more choices, provided information on manufacturer rebates, utility rebates and even applicable and tax credits. They were professional with the installation and even took care of the paperwork for us to receive the rebates. They installed a high efficiency furnace, humidifier, heat pump with a smart thermostat. We were even to add a new hot water heater as having all the work completed at once resulted in a welcomed savings. The hot water heater and air conditioner have worked flawlessly and we have noticed a savings on our utility bill. We had work done by another contractor that unfortunately damaged our new furnace and Carey and his team quickly came out to assess the situation. Carey even made a special trip to meet with the insurance adjuster. Amazing service and we are looking forward to many years of trouble free service.
