This man took action!! I had a service technician with the part to my stove in my home the very next day. I am happy to report that my stove is now working!!! To the General manager (Chad C.) and the service technician (Scott R.) "Thank you, thank you, thank you!!" I appreciate your efforts and dedication to your job. I only wish others were as efficient as you. Also, Scott C. deserves a raise for his hard work and dedication. I hope someone is listening and follows through on this, as it would be a shame to loose him as an employee. As a final note. This was a relatively easy fix that was drug out for way too long!! Clearly this company needs to work on follow though, and communication to better serve their customers. I hope that management is listening. We needed to disconnect and move the stove to put new flooring underneath it. We were told that they could do it that afternoon because a team was just finishing a job in our town a short distance from our home. They still seemed to do good work, but the price charged to disconnect the stove was very expensive. We asked why it was so expensive and were told that we were billed the standard "trip" charge and it would be the same amount to reconnect the stove. After the floor had been put down, we had a local business connect the stove back up for about half of what "We Fix Fireplaces" had quoted us. It would be advisable to do some comparison shopping when looking for someone to service your stove.

In Sept 2018 we had a storm with heavy rains and the inside of the fireplace had a ton of water inside the fireplace shorting all the electrical stuff. Called and they where quick to inform us that this was not their issue and this happens ( I have been a homeowner over 10 years with gas fireplaces and never had a water issue due to rain) The guy came out and looked at it and said we need to replace the control board at $346.00 and maybe a battery housing at $31.00 PLUS $300.00 in trip service. Checked around at other fireplace stores near the twin cities (pricing we thought would be worse) and found the control boards sold for 125.00 at a fireplace store in WhiteBear Lake, MN. Also found that this is probably an installation issue and we will probably see more issues down the road Not happy at all. Beware. Would like to contact the BBB of Wisconsin, but this company is not an accredit BBB business

The basement tends to be cooler than the rest of the house. I called Antigo Fireplace and the gentlemen on the phone diagnosed the issue. He gave me several options on how to go about finding the replacement part. I stopped in at the store and picked up the part, he again was very helpfull. You just don't get this type of customer service from the big stores. We will now have a very cozy dinner atmosphere on Christmas day.
