Yesterday, the unit stopped working. I called him in the evening and he came out first thing in the morning. He could have jerked me around and insisted on a new unit, but he was honest and replaced a small part. We know and he knows that the unit will need replaced sometime. Ryan Lepak (and his grandfather?) came to fix a dripping bathroom faucet in Fall 2021. The house call and parts cost $200. 6 months later, the faucet started leaking again. So, I asked him to return and repair it. That "repair" cost another $150. He left a loose handle which would spin around and not shutoff the water flow, so I called back an hour later. He came back in a week. Meanwhile i was told to just turn off the water shutoff under the sink. When he came back, he said the faucet needed a complete replacement or else i should just leave it off for good. NOT WORTH IT, PROBLEM PERSISTS I wish i had watched a youtube video and repaired it myself with teflon tape. YELP: how about a zero star rating for dissatisfaction
