I went as far as sending a letter to the vice president of finance and a copy of the fraud papers from the bank, I never received a response from Home-Depot Corporate offices. So after going down to our local Store and talking to the manager to see if she could help me reinstate my HD card, she let me know this was out of her hands but offered for me to apply for a new card. But I had frozen all of my accounts (like Experian) and I could unfreeze them for 45 days. This is the type of service you receive From Home-Depot.
