He was very helpful. My main concern was delivery and they were able to do it for a good price range. Although I did not purchase anything YET...I have to give them a shoutout for the friendly customer service, huge variety, and being open on New Years Day! We walked around the whole place looking at everything. They had tables, sofas, dressers, beds, chairs, and literally everything else! Obviously being a consignment store, this stuff is used, but it doesn't even look it at all. They had so many unique things inside. Upon reaching the end of our self-guided walk, we ran into Kimberly (I believe that's what her name was.) She was one of the workers, and gave us a run down on the store. She mentioned that the store gets a lot of new items quite often, and things get sold rather quickly! She also mentioned that items drop 10% every month I believe, with a max discount of 50% available. I thought this was pretty cool! Me and my wife are looking to furnish our new home, so this was nice to know. We will definitely be back in the future!

I am sharing this experience as a matter of consumer safety and transparency for anyone considering…read morea significant investment at Georgia Furniture Mart. My current sofa has suffered a complete structural collapse where the main wooden load-bearing rail has detached from the frame, causing the furniture to sink to the floor and requiring a stack of magazines to prevent a total cave-in. This is not an isolated incident of wear and tear, but a recurring manufacturing defect; this specific unit was actually a 2021 replacement for a previous unit that failed due to the exact same frame issues documented in their own technician's notes. The most concerning aspect of this experience is the company's response to a loyal, multi-year customer facing a safety hazard. When I reached out to their service department, I did not ask for a free replacement or a handout; I explicitly requested to pay for a professional repair to be done by their team. Georgia Furniture Mart flatly refused to even send a technician for a fee, stating that because the item is out of its one-year labor window, they will not service it under any circumstances. It is a significant red flag when a retailer sells large-scale furniture that fails structurally in under five years and then refuses to provide any path toward a paid repair or maintenance. For potential shoppers, please be aware that Georgia Furniture Mart's commitment to your purchase appears to end exactly at the 12-month mark, regardless of the severity of the product's failure. While they market "life-improving" furniture, my experience has been one of repeated structural defects and a total lack of corporate accountability. If you expect your furniture to last a reasonable length of time or hope for a company that stands by its craftsmanship through paid service options, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. A sofa frame should not be propped up by books in less than five years, and a reputable business should not abandon its customers when their products fail.

See At Home Décor at 1887 Willow Trail Parkway Northwest in Norcross Georgia…read more I visited this store today after being away for more than three years. I have been recovering from illness so this outing was meant to be a comforting return to a familiar place. I wanted to browse stretch my legs and enjoy myself. The store looked great and the cashier along with a very kind clerk helped me with my selections and explained a sale misunderstanding. They were professional and pleasant. The issue was the behavior of the floor staff. As I shopped I noticed employees repeatedly watching me. One young worker was extremely obvious. She peeked around corners followed my movements and stared at me in a way that felt more like surveillance than customer service. I have lived long enough to know the difference between normal store awareness and being singled out. When I reached the checkout she came and stood directly in front of me staring as if she was evaluating me. She interrupted the clerk helping me with a comment about her phone while never breaking eye contact. Then she and the others walked away. In that moment I felt violated. Not uncomfortable not mistaken but violated. Whoever trained these employees needs to take them back into training because this behavior was intrusive unprofessional and completely unnecessary. I completed my purchase but the experience ruined what should have been a peaceful outing. I will not be returning. Some places change and unfortunately this one has changed for the worse.

The selection here is larger than the Buford store or maybe the way it's laid out seems so. Anyway, on this particular day the service was outrageous! The clerk and the manager argued with me over a bag of pretzels that were in the " clearance " section for 50% off. Their contention was that someone put it there but there was more than 5 bags there with the red sticker. I held my ground and made a scene to the embarrassment of my wife. I walked away but why run a sore so lax as not to know where your inventory is and how much? The manager stood up for her employee so I left it at that. I will not be back to this hidden location again! Do yourself a favor save your gas and go elsewhere.

I purchased five items and had to return with a truck to pick up one of then. Upon preparing my item for loading, we noticed a few issues in the top finish. I ask if they could order me a new one instead of accepting the one on the showroom floor. She said she would check on it or that she could offer me 20% off. I ask her to check on the new one and let me know. No one called me back, so I called them back a few days later and they told me they cannot order a new one. So I went today take a closer look. Two different clerks were working and told me they would only take 10% not the 20% the other clerk offered to me. So I ask for a refund. One of the clerks issued my refund and did say, "I'm, sorry" and she wished me luck in finding something else. The other clerk stood at the counter and said clearly under her breath, "there is nothing to be sorry about." Well.... I sorry for your loss and any future sales to me, I liked your merchandise. But refuse to be treated rudely. It's such a nice store to have such an unpleasant clerk and so unprofessional of her.
