Recently I experience THE worst customer experience at American Freight…read more Last fall, I purchase the mattress for American Freight, and before end of the year, the mattress failed with deep depressions and rises in its pillow top. After filing a claim, a swap was authorized; so, when I visited the store to request the swap-out, I was there for nearly 2hrs. They requested that I pay for the delivery, despite their poor product was the culprit in all of this. Besides, they wanted ME to fund their fulfillment of THEIR warrantied exchange. DESPICABLE!!! I told them that I was NOT going to pay any delivery fee, which should've fallen to THEM!! They had to call corporate for authorization to them to pick up the $60 delivery fee...60 measly dollars...which they wanted ME to pay. Even worse, when they delivered exchange, they would not remove the failed mattress. Again, DESPICABLE!!! Though I previously had recommended American Freight to many friends; however, I will never, EVER, again recommend American Freight even to my enemies. So, BE WARNED!!!!!!!!

Thanks to Senai, my husband and I had the most valuable and enjoyable experience we have ever had…read morewhen purchasing a mattress. He warmly greeted us the minute we walked in. His immediate concern was in helping us find the right mattress to meet our needs (back pain, acid reflux, sleep apnea). He knew the first mattress to lead us to based on our response. Then he asked, and sincerely listened to, our feedback as we tried mattresses so he could take us to another mattress that might be a better fit. He did not rush us at all! And he was completely neutral on the price, which is rare. His only focus was to make sure we had the right mattress. When our order wasn't going to be delivered for several weeks, he quickly assessed which item was causing the delay and resolved it. We had our adjustable base and new mattress a day and a half later! As a result of his attentiveness and patience, we have had perfect sleep this entire week. We are so grateful to Senai! Mattress Firm excelled in delivery, as well. The men were intent on getting the adjustable base to function perfectly with our bed. They pleasantly changed things until they were - and we were - absolutely satisfied with the base and the mattress! They went above and beyond with a sincere focus on our satisfaction. Thanks to Senai and the delivery team we are thrilled with our experience with Mattress Firm and have the perfect mattress!

My fiancé and I went to buy a mattress for our guest bedroom…read more The sales guy, Austin, was very friendly and helpful. We bought a queen size mattress, mattress box spring and a frame. We needed the mattress the next day so we didn't get it delivered. Next day delivery was not guaranteed at a specific time and was estimated to arrive after the guests would arrive. Therefore, we went directly to the warehouse and picked it up ourselves. The warehouse was a little difficult to find. One thing I didn't like was that was "offered" with our mattress purchase was a bed frame to hold the box spring. There was a $39.95 "discount" on the queen size but the frame is designed to hold a full size, queen size or king size. It is adjustable. That was a misleading information and made us feel that we were getting an actual discount for the frame. Other than that misleading sales pitch the sales guy was friendly and helpful. We will purchase from here again. Just research about deals and offers before you go to buy a mattress.
