I bought two Tempurpedic TwinXL mattresses for a fraction of the cost of the mattress chains. Literally saved saved thousands of dollars. I had to drive a ways to get there but I wanted to see them before I bought them and I bought the ones that I looked at, and brought them home with me I went in the store as a pessimist and left as an optimist. A week later I'm a satisfied customer. So I buy a return? A factory second? Overstock? I have no idea the truth behind it but they looked new and were packaged as new. Once again, I saved thousands, so I sleep even better than just having a superb mattress set. Thanks Alan! read more

Saw a few listing on social media so I reached out and got a timely response. Before making my purchase I was able to test some others and look at the showroom. My research on the mattress was confirmed and the price was super reasonable compared to the big stores! Pickup was smooth and I'm pleased with my purchase. I'm known as hard to please do my peers will be checking this place out . read more

My wife and I Went to Mattresses and more to purchase a Beautyrest Black Mattress. The store has good prices for top brands, but unfortunately we found out the hard way why. After removing the plastic I noticed that the manufacturer's mattress tag had been cut off, which was a red flag. It is illegal for a manufacturer OR RETAILER to remove a mattress tag because it contains valuable information about the date it was made, and the materials it contains. It also helps alert a customer if the mattress might have been previously sold or used. We began having problems with our mattress within the first week of sleeping on it; the support just was not proper for a mattress of any soft/firm level. Parts of the mattress would cave in like a mini foxhole when laid upon, and two people laying side by side would cause a trench. So much for comfortably snuggling! The only time I've observed mattresses behave in this manner is when they are worn beyond useful life or defective. By the end of the week my back was killing me, and my spouse's by the end of the second. We had paid for a premium, luxury level mattress and were hands down receiving the worst sleep experience of any mattress in our lives. I called the store and spoke with the owner (Alan I believe), and inquired about having the mattress examined under warranty. I was informed the mattresses he sales, or at least this one WAS NOT COVERED under the STANDARD 10 YEAR Beautyrest warranty. What, why wouldn't it be, and why were we not informed of this before purchasing? I asked him about the missing manufacturer's tag, but did not receive a plausible answer to why Mattresses and More removed it. The owner went on to blame everything from mattress softness to improper foundation support to box springs, but in the end it was clear that he would not be providing any assistance. We are stuck with a terrible expensive mattress and have little choice but to purchase another. Lesson learned...and paid for. read more

Steve was incredibly fast to respond and helpful. He assisted getting us into the tempurpedic we always wanted at a great cost. Purchased today and can't wait to go home and have a great nights rest read more

Steve and Teal were very helpful. Made sure we didn't leave until we both (my husband and I) found something we love. Definitely would recommend this place to find good service and a quality mattress (sealy, beauty rest, tempur pedic, and more). Also had bed accessories (pillows, sheets, mattress covers) as well. Got a great deal on sheets too. Note: may need to arrange your own delivery or transportation method if traveling a distance. Luckily for us, our memory foam mattress came in a box. read more

Bought a mattress and had Joey and Steven load it into my SUV. My front passenger seat wasn't all the way up which made the hatch not close. After the first failed attempt to close the trunk, Joey clearly told Steven to force it and assured us everything would be fine. Steven put all of his weight on the door and it did close. I thought I was good to go until I drove to the exit. That's when I noticed the SUV showing the back hatch being opened. I backed up to building to figure out what was going on and they came back out. Instead of apologizing they simply said the mattress didn't cause the problem and completely dismissed it. Now, I can't lock my doors and the cabin lights won't turn off. Thanks so much Joey & Steven. read more

Mattresses and More - Display showing opened trunk. - Mattresses Near Me - Lilburn, Georgia

I found this location on CraigsList called the number listed and spoke to Allen. Was quoted a price. Drove from Union City to Lilburn only to be told the quote was old, that employee "wouldn't know"....etc. Disappointed and a waste of my time. read more

We recently upgraded to a king size bed and found ourselves back on the market for a new mattress. This store is amazing! The staff is knowledgeable, and accommodating. Large selection of mattresses and beds. We love this store! read more

The frame actually looks great, but BEWARE. "Whatamattress.com" that was the actual seller andctheir delivery service was "IN COMPLETE HONESTY" the ABSOLUTE WORST experience. They never delivered my frame even though I set up "3" different appointments. They never showed up the first time, the second time, they never called as they said they would, to confirm and let me know that they were coming, and then cancelled the third Agreed upon delivery date and time. Long story short, I had to request a refund, because my Frame WAS NEVER DELIVERED, P.S. i took 3, 1/2 days off of work so that I would be there in their 4 hour Time frame, that "THEY" choose not you!!! And they NEVER FOLLOWED THROUGH!!! "BEWARE, the EXTREME AGGRIVATION!!" read more

Awesome service! I've purchased about 10 mattresses from this company over the course of a year and the level of service is the stagnant across the board. Everyone is extremely professional and pleasant to work with! What sets the service apart from the rest is that the owners are there occasionally lending a hand. I'd definitely recommend this place to every and anyone seeking a mattress set, bedroom furniture, pillows, etc... prices start as low as $169. There isn't a mattress that they do not have. If they don't have it in the warehouse, they will try their best in finding one for you. Great people, great service and AMAZING prices! Thank you!! read more

Allen and his team are fantastic! I never knew buying a mattress that was absolutely perfect for me could be so affordable. You have to check this place out if you need a new mattress! read more

I have researched for 2 weeks very much all mattresses out there and visited many stores and as I found the right mattress , found out that it costs about $6000 then I came across Mattresses and More , found the same mattress for about 1/3 of the price. I was so excited about that . Buck and Alan were the gentlemen that helped me. They were very knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. I had to exchange my first mattress because it was too firm and they did not give me hard time at all. The delivery guys were professionals, helpful and on time. I very much highly recommend Mattresses and More Great prices and best service. Dr. Kal Abouhaif read more

My husband and I come from Texas we are traveling now for a few yes and needed to have a Tempur-pedic rapacity mattress in our new RV. Be aware - Bed Bugs...Purchasing the mattress was fine. However, a few months after purchase we discovered bedbugs. We have never had a single bed bug in our home before this. Now we a massive infestation from this "new' mattress! While the mattress appeared new, bed bugs CAN EASILY BE TRANSMITTED by being in the same van as used mattresses or from returns. Given this company both pick ups used mattresses and allow returns, it is feasible that this is how the mattress was exposed. As bed bugs can remain dormant for a year, we did immediately notice this, no telling how long before our purchase it was infected. No other room or mattress in our home has now or every had a single bed bug. Very disappointed. The company denies any responsibility., so be aware. read more

Excellent service, I've purchased from them two separate times. Reasonably priced

Alan is the best in customer service and is very knowledgeable about the product that he sells! When I called him on Sunday after doing my research on the internet, Alan took his time to answer all my questions even though he was busy with his kids! There was zero pressure to "buy it now" and after a week or so, when I called back, Alan was very accommodating and gave me a great price on 2 adjustable beds. I am sure that we will be doing more business, since I bought a house in Mexico and will need more beds and mattresses. As far as I am concern, there is ONLY ONE mattress store:) I will be a customer for life!!! Thanks Alan, Gennady read more
