Another place that I've driven by soooo many times and after spending entirely too much time exploring mattress options, my husband and I ask ourselves "why have we never checked this place out?". We stopped by yesterday late afternoon and and walked into a huge warehouse just full of...you guessed it...mattresses. We were immediately greeted by Josh and I appreciated that he acknowledged our presence and that he would be with us shortly to assist. After he wrapped with the customer he was assisting, he introduced himself and shared a bit about the outlet and what we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and was king enough to turn on a kids movie for our tiny people while we looked around. We were able to narrow down the mattress that we wanted and discussed pricing, the delivery and payment options. We were amazed at the price he quoted and we quickly realized we probably would not find a better price elsewhere. Especially after seeing the mattress we selected being double the price at other places. Needless to say, we bought the mattress and as a "thank you" we were given two succulents plants which were super cute. The only reason dropped a star was due to the delivery. My husband received a call the next day to schedule a time for that day and while a time was selected, no one showed and he ended up having to call only to be told something came up and they would be there later. That changed our plans up a bit and once the delivery finally took place, they did take our old mattress so that it could be recycled (he explained that process while we were in store and I had no idea that could be done). Anyway, this was an overall great experience and we definitely saved a good bit of money coming here. We got our king size mattress here. Immediately upon walking in we told them exactly what we were looking for and they pointed us to the mattresses that fit that category. Not pressured at all to pick a more expensive one or to look at ones that were different. Very knowledgeable, and took off $100-$200 from the set prices they had depending on which brand. We came in with a set amount of cash and shipping to Woodstock would've been $120. So we would've had to have paid most in cash and some on card, but instead they just cut the delivery fee down and only took the cash we had in hand. On our way out he took us to the goodie table. I bought my daughter a mattress set from Simmons. I did not have much of a selection due to her bedframe being a full. The staff was knowledgable and did not pressure us. I spent more time checking out than looking at the mattresses and making a decision. I love no pressure buying. They offer delivery for about $85 or you can transport them yourself. The staff members were friendly. They cannot help you tie anything to your vehicle but made some suggestions. The slightly sketchy exterior belies the HUUUUUGE selection of quality, brand name, brand new mattresses that lie within. I called in a bind, because my rigid queen size box spring would not fit up the staircase of my new townhome. Thankfully, my movers had seen "split" box springs before for queen beds, where two "mini" box springs make up your queen sized bed base, similar to using two twin sized box springs for a king mattresses. A quick call to these guys found that they carried split Queen box springs, and that they could sell them without an accompanying mattress (that required an okay from the manager though). For under $150 later (I picked them up myself to save on the $80 delivery fee), I had a much cheaper fix to my mattress dilemma than I was expecting. read more

Went to the outlet today to purchase a full sized Simmons Beautyrest Recharge mattress. I loved this place based on the previous times I have purchased mattresses from here and knew I would get the best customer service and product value for my money. However, today was not that day. Apparently, I was a big bother to give my money for a mattress today. I came around 11am. This was the same time that the Habitat for Humanity Restore truck driver arrived for a donation pick-up. My sister and I entered the store before the truck driver entered the store. We were not greeted by the Caucasian store rep (I didn't see a name tag that was visible). He was apparently too busy to greet us since he was busy pulling the mattress donations. Also there was no other store reps in the store at that time. That was fine. We saw he was busy and we instead just walked around in the customer area to test some of the mattresses that were on the floor. We saw and tested the Kings and Queens of the Recharge and Serta iComfort Hybrid Lurxury Firm, but no Fulls. During this time another customer came into the store. It seemed that she came before and simply wished to purchase the mattress she saw earlier. So we had to flag down the store rep and asked if there were any Fulls. He immediately told us in an annoyed tone that we just had to wait because the store was disarranged from a previous big sale right now and he was busy pulling the donation for the Restore. When he had time, he will look for a Full. Never did he ask us if there was a certain type of mattress for the Full that we were looking for and if the Full was not available would a Queen for the brand be suffice. Once again we waited for about 5 more minutes where he came back to the front and flopped down a Full and said "Here's your Full!" The Full was an iComfort that wasn't firm at all. Before we could ask another question, he proceeded to assist the other customer with her purchase and disregard us. The customer did advise him to tend to us first since we were there first, he disregarded her words and told her that he can help her now. Soon afterwards, the Restore truck driver was finished with loading the truck and needed to sign out. The other customer was gone by this time as well and the Restore truck driver advised him to talk to the other customers (my sister and I) who were there first and he would wait. The store rep simply disregarded his words and advised him to come over because he "already pulled down a Full." At this time another store rep came in to work and the previous rep told him that he already pulled down a Full. The new rep (no name tag visible as well) asked if we needed help. We asked if there were any Full or Queens in the Recharge or iComfort Hybrid Luxury Firm. He stated that there were no other mattresses other than what was located on the floor. He did inform that the next shipment will be in on Monday. I wasted 30 min of my time just to be told that we don't have any more mattresses other than what is on the floor and to come back on next week. There should have been a sign on the door before I entered so I wouldn't have ruined the day for the store rep that was so annoyed with my mere presence. The way my sister and I were treated today was unacceptable. It's very doubtful that I will ever be back. And it's truly a shame. read more

This used to be a good place with nice, helpful people. I've purchased three sets of bedding here. I've referred friends and family here. I will NEVER do that again. If you like being treated like an imposition, if you like being told "you need a foundation that is designed for this type of mattress" and having something entirely different delivered ( and I don't mean mismatched colors, I know that's the deal here) , and if you to do buy from a place that acts like your time and business is worth nothing, then this is the place for you. They have a website with an email address for questions and a phone number, but they don't answer emails and straight up told me they don't answer the phone. So, the only way you can get a simple, but important, question answered about a $1500 purchase is to drive back to Atlanta and ask them. I drove back to Atlanta. I got my answer. Of course, it was "no" and now I'll have to buy another foundation, from somebody else, to replace the one I just bought from them on Saturday, to make my bed usable. On the positive side, it looks like I may have killed all the ROACHES that crawled out of the foundation after my delivery yesterday. You can still choose to go here, but if your experience is anything like mine, you will be sorry you did. read more

My mother and I came in to purchase a mattress, and the short women with brown hair had a terrible attitude from the second we walked through the door. She snapped at us when we would ask a question and even took it to the extend that she didn't find the need to have someone assist us with roping the mattress into the back of my jeep. She was clearly having a very bad day and took it out on us. We ended up not even leaving with a mattress because of the HORRIBLE customer service and still trying to get a refund for it. Bought a mattress here the other day and once it was delivered I was so excited to put on my sheets and get in bed. Once I did, I realized it was too firm! It felt like a brick, and the 4'' memory foam did nothing. I don't know what I was thinking buying a firm mattress. The sad part is, I cannot return it.
