Filed a complaint with the BBB. They also closed the file because there are no responses from Sleep Galleria. "Your Better Business Bureau (BBB) has made several attempts to contact the business regarding your complaint. We regret to inform you that we have not received a response at this time and this case has now been closed as an UNANSWERED complaint in their file. As you can't make returns, only exchanges. Both mattresses felt nothing like the ones in the store. I now realize the biggest mistake was not cutting my losses early. Called the customer service to have the mattress checked, received 2 additional foam toppers to add on top of the mattress. Now I can't feel the springs anymore, I just sink 6 inches into the mattress. I guess the mattress would be good if you want to get your wife out of your bed, it did accomplish that. But not happy with the product. We are looking for a replacement mattress now, but it will not be with OMF.

The sales guy does talk a lot, your typical sales guy and I couldn't tell whether to trust everything he said but he offered such a great price I couldn't refuse. FYI some general advice he shared on mattresses - give them time like a new shoe. I had gotten the extra firm mattress, and he said if it's too firm, stand/jump on the mattress to stretch the coils ... or get a foam layer.
