We had a wonderful experience working with Fred! He was very responsive and knowledgeable. We receive so many compliments on our furniture, and the standing desk was the best purchase of my life! They have a large warehouse with ample inventory, delivery + set up available. Definitely recommend! read more

As a first-time small business owner setting up a new office, I was very focused on essentials and cost. Working with Jason and AOL was a great experience from start to finish. Jason was hands-on, easy to communicate with, and offered smart recommendations to refurbish and resize my cubicles so I could maximize space and add the workstations I needed. I never felt overlooked because of my size or budget. Jason was available throughout the project--and even after completion. My space looks fantastic, and the value and quality exceeded my expectations. I look forward to future opportunities to work with them. read more

Atlanta Office Liquidators - After Refurbish - Office Equipment Near Me - Atlanta, Georgia

If the Covid-19 pandemic has you spending 40+ hours a week working at a computer in a space in your home that's not designed for that kind of activity, you might need some better office stuff. Office stuff is generally super pricey. For those of us who have neither interest nor capacity to drop a mortgage payment on a chair (or anything other than a mortgage for that matter), I highly recommend Atlanta Office Liquidators. This place rules. I haven't been to their spot in the northeast, but their location on Fulton Industrial is enormous and features multiple warehouses full of very gently used office chairs, tables, desks, and pretty much anything else you'd ever find in an office. I got an $800 chair for $150. It is technically "preowned," but it obviously hasn't been used at all. Check it out before you go anywhere else! I don't recommend browsing the website. Just show up and have someone show you around. read more

Funny I was trying to setup an new office in my home on the cheap. Bought a desk on Amazon which I like and decided to buy a chair from Ikea. We had just recently purchased an Ikea chair for wifey and she was happy. Doesn't take much, love of my life. So I buy one, instruction were all wrong, truly a first. I then go to a party with my wife that night, her co-workers are going on and on about this chair. I look it up on the internet and it's out of my budget. I find AOLI on the Internet and go down the next day. This place has a warehouse full off these chairs, even chrome models. They have an expert chair fitter on staff. We fit me for a chair because I'm tall, and the Aeron chair is based on your body size. I purchased a used one from the warehouse of 1500 choices. End of day, couldn't be happier!!! Great service and Great selection read more

This store is not the cheapest, but great customer service. I wanted an ergonomic chair and chose the Steelcase Leap as it's most adjustable. Colin recommended the re-furbished Herman Miller Aerons with a 30-day warranty. He made clear the Leaps had not been refurbished and basically no returns. At home the cylinder bottomed out and scraped the chair mat - unusable. They didn't have to, but the AOLI folks made it right, FREE - with bigger casters and replaced the cylinder. Now there's 1" space and I love my chair. I highly recommend AOLI. read more

Spoke with Jack to make our second major office purchase in the last four months. The service was just as amazing as it was the first time. The prices were perfect as we are really starting to expand our business. We had an extremely tight window for set up and delivery which they met. Set up was fast and the installers were great. AOLI has enabled us to expand our business twice now and we will be using them again for our next larger expansion.....You should too. read more

Went to the office furniture Atlanta Office Liquidators where they sell new and used pieces. Saw a used desk that I liked and the associate was completely rude to me. First, he though it's ok talk to me "Da" and "Net" pretending he is answering and having conversations in Russian. Called me names and compared my name with other Russian names. Very annoying btw. I spoke English to him and there was no need to answer in language that he, obviously, didn't know. Second, he was very rude and loud. He has lack of communication skills and very impatient. Third, he gives me prices based on my look ( what car I drove and my judging by purse I caired, and was not ashamed to mention it ) that seem overpriced for used desks. In particular, there was one desk that was sitting up side down. He told me that it was $400, and then when I asked to put it the right way he picked in the drower and saw the brand of this desk. When I finished looking around I came back to that desk and asked again about the price ( just to be sure ) , and the price flew up $200 in 5 min. Then he tells me that with me driving the Mercedes and wearing Kate Spaid purse I can afford this desk ( now $ 200 higher ). I tried negotiate the price to a reasonable but he went more and more rude!!! All this time he was touching me here and there to " watch my step " type of deal which I can manage myself!!!! When I was talking to him he decided to leave leaving me in that wearhouse by myself, which I found very rude knowing that I didn't finish talking with him. I told him that he lies and changes the price on me based on my look etc. When I asked him why he acts like that he just left screaming loudly ... He became nasty and personal saying that watch these Russians. That I am typical Russian chick. He was loud and obnoxious, so everyone else were looking at me. So I left. So I left almost in tears. This was unfair attitude from his side and very unprofessional!!! I find these comments very disrespectful and discriminative against people of other nationalities and race. The place maybe had some interesting pieces of furniture, but this stuff member was very unprofessional and shouldn't be working with customers. New customers BE AWARE of this kind of behavior!!!! read more

Bought a stand/up sit/down desk from David on 13 July 2016. He showed me a desk in his office and it was a corner desk and I said looks good. I also wanted to add a 4 foot side table. All told was for $450. I immediately paid for it and told him I would come pick it up on Saturday as I was on my motorcycle. He assured me that he would be there Saturday. He showed me an additional table from the warehouse. On the way home it struck me that the two tables were different, one had a round cutout and the other had a square cutout. I sent David an email that evening and letting him know I wanted the square cut out he showed me in the office. No response. On Friday I eat an email with the same message and that I would be there Saturday at 10am (his time) to pick the desk up and make sure it is the square cut one.. He acknowledged my text with "Sure I will make sure of it sir". I show up Saturday morning and imagine my surprise when I arrived Saturday and was told the warehouse is doesn't operate on Saturday. Fortunately, the young lady working in the office that day went out of her way to assist me. Opening up the warehouse and trying to find the desk. She finally located an adjustable desk but it was not the same type you showed me in the office and the type I confirmed with you via email and text (which you responded to in the affirmative). She processed a refund but it still doesn't change my wasted time and money. The ladies apologized and said they would look up some options in the same price range and get back to me Monday....it never happened. David's unprofessionalism was disrespectful and cost me more then 3 hours of my time and the wasted gas it cost me to drive from Columbus, GA. His actions cot me real dollars, gas is not free and it was over a 200 mile round trip. I value my time and I value my time off, as it appears he does as well since he failed to show up as he said he would. So I sent a message to their Facebook page and received a response form their VP of Sales. Hindsight, the complaint probably didn't go high enough as I have heard absolutely zero from him. Below is Mike's reply to me from Facebook: ---------------------------------- Robert, While we typically pride ourselves on our salesmen and outstanding customer service, this is truly an anomaly, and this is NOT how we do business. Also, we would like to offer a heartfelt thank you for your commitment to our country, as we have a sincere appreciation for those that serve. We are taking serious disciplinary action with this specific salesman, as this is not how our company operates. We want to convey genuine apologies to you for the way you were disrespected and for the waste of time and gas this has cost you. You are absolutely right. This was unprofessional and reprehensible, and we'd like to extend to you some form of compensation for this desk, and more importantly your time and money that was wasted. Our customers are the lifeblood of our business and we will do anything to not only make sure you're taken care of but to keep you as a returning customer as well. Please allow us the opportunity to make this up to you. I will be reaching out to you via phone to discuss further. Thank you. Chris Bisceglie VP of Sales 404-668-5872 ---------------------------------- Sounds good and I have always waited to make a decision on a company when a mistake is made to see how they respond to the mistake. I had high hopes here, the VP responded very quickly to my complaint. Guess What??? Since I received this on 18 July, more then 3 weeks, I've heard nothing. Says a lot about them. However, the 220 miles I drove based upon a breech of contract was real money expended. 110 miles one way = 220 total miles @ .54 cents (government mileage reimbursement rate) is $114.80 cents. Three hours of my time wasted due to a breeched contract @ a very conservative $15.00 per hour = $45.00 for a total of $163.80. Chris, please contact me ASAP for remittance of this payment.
