If I could give zero stars I would. Trash restaurant. We waiting to sit for 10 minute then had to sit ourselves. Then the two wait staff began to argue on who was going to serve who. Yelling for us to take a seat without coming to greet us, service slower than my 82 year old grandma without her walker on the way in to Sunday church, employees in back yelling profanities, and not giving us a check, but telling us to just pay at the register were some highlights. One server took time to check on everyone in the restaurant, while the others stood in back doing anything besides working. We asked for water and never got any. Did I mention the service was slow?! This restaurant is consistently bad. They are supposedly known for their shakes. However, they NEVER, EVER, clean the shake machine between shakes. This Place is awful. The last two times I've come here it has been awful. I came in on a Saturday night and order a strawberry shake and it took 10 minutes to get it out and when I got it it wasn't blended all the way. I called customer support and got a credit for the shake. I just went back today on a Monday night when it wasn't busy at all. I order a strawberry shake and a bacon steak burger. 5 Stars for Service Resolution - the drive thru attendant seemed to disappear after I started my order. It was a breakfast order just prior to shut down time (11am). When she came back requesting my full order from the top she informed me they were no longer serving my order. 2nd request: one of my purchased items was not included the previous trip. The manager with whom I've consistently received exceptional service applied a credit to my entire order, so it cost me almost nothing and kindly explained it would take a few minutes as they would need to drop some additional food for the meal. All things considered it came quickly and he apologized for the extra trouble noting the attendant was new. I'm aware the store has faced a few CS hiccups, but because this manager went out of his way (5.20.18) to overcompensate me for the trouble, I will be back. read more

Been through the drive thru twice after work and both were horrible experiences. The first time all I ordered was a shake, and with one car in front of me at 10 at night when there was nobody dining inside it was a 20 minute wait. Shake was good but I'd rather have not of wasted so much time. I had low expectations for the second visit and let me tell you it really worsened things. I ordered a shake again and then cheese fries. Well, turns out they can't sell shakes at that point in time for whatever reason. It's not like it's in the name or anything. And on top of that they were out of cheese. The wait was just as long (if not longer) at the same time with barely anyone else there. But that's not even the worst part. I get to the window, the girl takes my card, and CHARGES ME FOR TWO MEALS. And all I had was a medium fry. So, she had to get her manager to refund me then charge me for the right order. Throughout this, there wasn't even a single apology. Will never return. So confused why Jeff and Jenn advertise this location on their morning show lol. read more

TAKES FOREVER! This place used to be a lot better for fast food but now you could easily sit 30 minutes in the drive thru waiting for food. On top of it employees are unpleasant to interact with. Milkshakes are good but are rarely brought out with meals if dining in. Food is average for a greasy quick meal. This place is the pits. I paid 14.95, received no receipt and no double cheeseburger (both were missing from the bag). I should have checked but I trusted it was right. Very disappointing. Came here last night for a milkshake and waited close to ten minutes for it. I ordered a Reese's peanut butter cup milkshake with extra peanut butter sauce (which I paid extra for) from Tyra. When I got it, it was just a peanut butter shake with no sauce or cups, even though I had confirmed what I wanted while I was paying. They made another one with whipped cream and a few pieces of PB cups. I asked if there was sauce under the whipped cream and the person who served it said that there was. I should have checked because all I got was a mediocre vanilla shake and a few pieces of PB cup and whipped cream. If you want a milkshake, pure better off going to UDF. read more

I had the absolute worst restaurant experience at this Steak N Shake. The waitress sat other tables before us even though we were there first. She slammed the menus down after putting together tables for my group. We were not even looked at after 15 minutes of being seated, we consistently had dirty looks from our waitress, we watched our food sit on the counter for ten minutes, when it arrived to us most was cold, wrong, and even a salad was missing. We then get our shakes and two had to be sent back because of how poorly they were. The waitress then asked us "Are you going to stay long because I have to take people home" basically asking us to leave. She told us it would be easier if we all paid cash and she wanted us to all give her our money at the table and she would ring it up by herself. She came back with change and said "you guys gave me too much money so i didnt know where the change went" But she was handed 3 twenty dollar bills and had to of known it was too much, but still took it. Unfortunately we let her and two people came up short. I was one, I had a ten dollar meal and she gave me seven dollars back, when I said it wasn't right she gave me a dollar as if that would fix it. After we tell the manager how horrible it was he took off our shakes, but told the waitress (i couldnt even tell anyone the name because she didnt introduce herself) what we said and she was shouting loudly from across the room "oh well, i did my job" and much more.
