I'm incredibly grateful to the entire team at Staybridge Suites Reno for their kindness and compassion during an incredibly stressful time. I was evacuated twice in a short time, and during the second evacuation, Tanya took care of everything before I even arrived. When I got there, I learned that they had extended my stay by an additional night and discounted my cost--without me ever having to ask. With nearly 90,000 evacuees in the city and virtually no rooms available, the staff still found a way to extend my stay again so I wouldn't have to travel three hours away like many others did. That level of understanding and generosity meant more to me than I can express. Everyone was wonderful, from the front desk and kitchen staff to housekeeping. I'd especially like to recognize Jeannie, who was my first point of contact; Tanya, who went above and beyond; Factor in the kitchen, who always greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly hello; and Lupita, who wheeled my belongings to and into my room while I carried my frightened dog in my arms. Their kindness and support made a difficult situation much easier. I gotta a say, this stay at this Staybridge location in Reno, was way better than the stay I just had in Roseville. Everything went well with check in and the food was way so better. Each room has a full kitchen so you can cook if you want, but I didn't on this short overnighter. The room was more modern than the Roseville location and I was able to get a room on the ground floor instead of stuck on the 4th floor on Roseville with super slow elevators. The staff was all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was out on time and the coffee was out, so I didn't have to use the coffee maker in the room. When I have to stay in Reno, this is the place to stay for me. The prices are what they are and go up and down with demand. You can tell this is a mostly business stay hotel by the location in a business park not really neat any tourist places. read more

I would be weary about staying at this location. My husband and I had just driven 11 hours and were very tired. The front desk attendant was very sweet and accommodating. However, upon seeing our room that was "upgraded", we were extremely disappointed at the state of the room. Some lights did not work, there were stains on the furniture, as well as hair and what appeared to be black mold in the shower. You could hear the hallway and neighboring rooms very clearly. Maybe this was just the room we were "upgraded" to, but please be weary. read more

located in a business district with mostly medical buildings/hospital...looks to be clean and a newer development area in reno...shops, gas stations and restaurants all within 5 minutes...convenient area to stay...parking and check-in was quick...luggage carts near the entrance to use...taking a 1 bdrm/1ba with 2 queens in the room and a sofa bed in the living room...small kitchen with silverware, plates, cups, pots, pans, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and double electric burners...no oven...beds were comfy and everything was clean...happy hour or social hour from 5:30pm to 7pm every monday to wednesday....breakfast on weekdays from 6:30am to 9:30am and 7:30am to 9:30am on weekends...forgot about the later hours on the weekend, but staff was nice enough to let us grab some breakfast before heading out to the ski resort...excellent staff... had a good experience, so back on another weekend...requested the same setup and provided...room looked the same, but wasn't as clean as the previous stay...some crumbs, but nothing major...when getting ready for bed, everybody wanted to sleep on separate beds, but the sofa was completely broken and held by zip-ties...front desk staff was very nice and quickly provided a different room that was identical...the only issue was moving all our things from one room to the next late in the evening...it was a longer stay, so we had a ton of luggage, drinks and food...it was a hassle...the first night was quiet and fine...starting on the 2nd night we had a neighbor with a baby that would not stop crying all throughout the night...realized the walls are super thin...babies will cry, so can't complain...just surprised by how clear the crying could be heard and how clear the parents talking could be heard...again, really thin walls...other than the noise at night, the breakfast setup was as expected and able to go skiing each day...exactly an hour to palisades each way... read more

The faucet was way too close to the back of the sink and had low water pressure. You couldn't get your hands under the water easily! (see photo) The bed was comfy, but the pillows were too soft. The room had a kitchenette, bed, couch and ottomans, desk and desk chair, and tables with lights on both sides of the bed (a plus as not every place provides a table and light on both sides of the bed). The very nice desk clerk unplugged the loud rumbling refrigerator for us. The pool and gym looked small, but fine (we didn't use them). Breakfast was not good looking, so we went to the nearby Whole Foods and Starbucks. The wetland across the street was really nice; we saw ruddy ducks and a harrier! read more

Second time staying here. Rooms are typical of most Staybridge Suites but this one had worn out carpet, stains on the walls. Breakfast sausage was mushy inside which had me concerned about food poisoning after I took a bite. Staff was friendly. Will most likely not stay here again. read more

I was hoping for a nice stay here but it was unpleasant and dirty. The walls and curtains need a lot of attention and the bathroom was full of mold and mildew. The carpet is very dirty it needs to be taken out or cleaned. The sheets were very dirty. The dog area is a pile of dirt and no grass. The night crew gal was nice but the morning front desk gal was repulsive and had a bit of an attitude. The lady cleaning and serving breakfast was rude and didn't let you eat in Peace. She kept pacing back and forth ready to pick up your plate. I do not recommend this hotel. read more

be aware, if you forgot anything there during checkout, you will lose them. I've left a macbook adapter and cable (6ft) on the wall outlet, called back the second day and they can't find it. The housekeeping staffs definitely can find it during checkout cleanup, the plug isn't covered or hidden behind the furniture, the black cable & big power adapter stands out next to the sofa. it's very disappointing to know it cannot be found inside the room, the manager is very kind to help to double check though. Quite disappointing given there's no other places the adapter can go. read more

Arrived to find out my reservation had been canceled but staff was absolutely wonderful in fixing the mistake. Had to change rooms right away. The room was battered and dishwasher had dirty dishes in it, the microwave sounded like it was running even though it was not. The new was was better but there was stuff splattered on the walls in the bathroom and by the desk. The breakfast was a no go every morning because it wasn't opened until two hours after I left each morning. There was nothing in the evenings either. At this point either change your website or start offering the services. It has been two years since the outbreak. Overall the location was good south of downtown Reno but close enough to everything. read more

We just stayed this past Memorial Day weekend at this hotel in Reno. The staff was AMZAING! We were there for the basketball tournament at the Convention Center in Reno. I can not say enough about the hospitality and accommodation's they showed to us and our pups! We were in a one bedroom room suite and needed to upgrade to a two bedroom suite. During the transitions of cleaning both rooms we had nowhere to put our dogs since we were going to be at the tournament most of the day. The hotel staff graciously accommodated and watched our dogs and had them in their conference room with Nickelodeon on, It was so cute! They didn't want the silence of the room to scare our pups. Our dogs were crated of course so they were not running around freely in the room. Anytime we go on vacation from now on I will always look to see if they have one of their hotels in that location. I like this place. Having a kitchen in the room is great. The staff is GREAT, super friendly and they do a great job with the breakfast and happy hour. The food is good and especially the happy hour is different than the usual cardboard food. The rooms are a touch worn, no big deal, they are clean. The area is a bit out of the way, depending on where you need to be, but safe and with nearby restaurants. For the value and overall comfort you can't beat it. read more

This was our 2nd time staying at this particular hotel and we have always had a nice time. This visit was a lot longer than our first visit, we were out here on Spring Break for our son to have fun and enjoy his time off from school. The hotel is a little off the beaten pass but still easy access to the highway and other restaurants in the vicinity. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and always there to help and answer any questions that you may have. This hotel is pet friendly and does allow pets for a minor $25/night pet deposit. The indoor pool is a huge plus and one of our major reasons of staying at this location. They have a hot tub as well. The free onsite laundry center is great too, we definitely used it before heading back home. The lobby area is very inviting and leads into the social gathering area where on Mondays-Wednesdays that have a social event with food and beverages. Stayed here for 2 nights for a baseball tournament in Carson City (about 30 minute drive). Hotel is part of the IHG group. We were in a King Suite. Upon entry 2 chairs at a bar, desk, kitchen with stove & 2 burners, medium size fridge, big enough to hold drinks (coaches had a ton of water & Gatorade). Kitchen comes stocked with everything needed to cook and eat there. Small sofa bed and TV. Bedroom has doors if you have someone sleeping on the sofa bed . King Bed (a bit too firm for my liking). TV in bedroom, quality poor. Good size bathroom with Lotions, shampoo, conditioner & bath wash soap. There is a gym and indoor pool. Way too hot inside to swim. They have a back patio with table and chairs & 2 BBQ grills, this was great. We had a Team BBQ after our first to games. Smith's Grocery Store near by. Along with fast food and other stores. Starbucks near by if you need a fast breakfast if your too early (before 7:30am) Free Breakfast was so so. Eggs, Sausage links and waffles. Plus continental items. Only open 730-930 on weekends. There is a Hampton Inn next door, knowing how their beds are and their breakfast tastes and earlier breakfast times is awesome for a teams leaving early. Leaving today to be at the field by 8am, 630am breakfast would have been great. Ample parking. When driving there you will drive though a commercial tech business office area. Staybridge has no restaurant and gambling on site. read more

This building if managed and run by people who cared could be 3 to 4 stars hotel. The breakfast is absolutely disgusting and old. also once they put out food they never replenish anything it just sits there. our rooms were never cleaned all the way. We told them to clean our rooms the first two days and they ignored us and then on the third day they half @zz cleaned it after being asked for a third time. didnt even replace the towels.. we complained about the food and even as the staff overheard us they either smile or did nothing. We went over to the beer tap next to the drinks and had some. One of the working ladies saw us and immediately grabbed a coworker and got to work trying to take the beer tap away. The two of them must've spent at least an hour trying to disassemble the thing. They could've spent that time making us real food that doesn't suck but nobody cared. read more

The man at the front desk this morning was extremely rude. When I tried to fill my cup with coffee, he told me I was not able to use my own cup (which was slightly bigger than the disposable cups next to the machine) because he only makes a certain amount in the mornings. I'm sorry, I'm paying to stay here, breakfast is supposed to be included in my rate, and you're telling me I can only have one small cup of coffee? I don't think so. The rooms were ok, the AC was not very good and the pillows were very flat. Overall, it was fine for one night but for longer than one night I would go elsewhere (which is ironic since this is meant to me an extended stay hotel). read more

Home away from home. When in Reno, I'd much rather stay away from the casino hotels and secondhand smoke. The indoor heated pool and hot tub were a huge bonus, as it's still Springtime in March and quite chilly. Even if some casino resorts had outdoor pools, they wouldn't open 'til late May and/or weather permitting. Our son had a blast swimming and woke up first thing in the morning to swim. Pool hours are from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Their mini kitchen has everything you need for an extended stay; however, we never get to use any of it. I can see how business travelers appreciate the proximity to the airport, convention center, downtown Reno, and nearby shopping mall during their week-long stay. I'm sure this place gets busy M-F, and guests can enjoy a free hot breakfast with on-site laundry facilities and same day dry cleaning if needed. Convenient on-site business center, clean hotel with a nice size gym, and outdoor patio offering an evening reception to guests during weeknights. Weekend guests are on their own :) Friendly and engaging staff. The only improvement needed is to provide more comfy pillows. For this type of hotel, and guests who stay for a week-long business trip, they should provide comfier pillows for a good night's sleep. Lumpy, small pillows made us restless - good thing we only stayed one night. Next time, we'll remember to bring our own pillows. read more

We came up to Reno to visit my in-laws with a 2 month old baby. We didn't want to sleep on an air mattress at their house, because we wanted to get some good sleep in between the night feedings and that's why we decided to get a hotel just down the street. This was the only pet-friendly option, and that's the reason we ended up at this hotel (traveling with a dog) In hind side I realize we would have been way better off on an air mattress. The moment we got out of the elevator on our floor we were hit with a strong cigarette smoke, like someone just smoked in the hallway. The door to the room has a huge gap on the bottom, so obviously the smell followed us into the room. I requested a crib in advance, so it was already waiting for us in the room. I don't know what my expectations were as this was our first time traveling with the baby, but the crib looked more like a jail cell. Tiny mattress on the very bottom and tall metal bars. So you pretty much put your baby on the floor. Not sure how one is supposed to reach the baby to pick him up. Luckily we brought a small portable bed with us so we used that instead. That's the least of my concerns though. We go to bed and that's where the fun begins. First I feel an extremely strong and loud vibration the moment I put my head down on the pillow. It felt like the main HVAC fan was right outside our window or something. That got accompanied by a loud vibration and trembling of the refrigerator in the room. Fast forward a few hours, I get up for feeding and I realize I can't feel my back I'm in so much pain. Asked my husband in the morning if it's just me or the mattress is really uncomfortable. The answer is it's the mattress. We are both sore and hurting bad. Add to that the sound of constant slamming of super heavy room doors in the hallway that started at 6 am. So much for getting any sleep. For us or the baby, who's been woken up by those doors constantly. The breakfast was terrible. Cold tasteless egg omelet folded with some cheesy substance inside, cold sausage patties, watery oatmeal. No housekeeping during the day. Even though we specifically asked for it (at least to take out the trash, so we don't have to deal with the dirty diaper smell). Nothing. Followed by another sleepless night and more aggravated back pain. My last drop was a "fresh" dirty towel with what looked like someone's shart on it. Absolutely disgusting. Also, a lotion smear on the mirror. Neither me nor my husband used any. Dirty shower. Possibly there was no housekeeping before we checked in either? As we checkout we go downstairs hoping to speak with the manager for the following reason: Unfortunately I have already booked the rooms for our next visit in February. We plan on traveling again but this time with my elder parents. By no means I want to put them through this miserable experience, especially the sleep portion of it. The issue is it's booked through Expedia and there's no cancellation policy. That's where I'm expecting to request a cancellation and a full refund from the manager (already paid in full) We ask for the manager and are told that he just got in and he was about to get in the shower (huh?!) but he'll get dressed and come to talk to us. Wow. Ok, we wait for about 15 minutes. When I ask how much longer, I'm being told that actually he hurt his foot while helping another guest the night before, or something along those lines (what a load of BS) and it might take him a long time to come downstairs and bless us with his presence. We are asked to leave him a written note if we don't want to wait. So much for "please let us know how was your stay, your feedback is important to us" note on the door of our room. I'm amazed this hotel has good Yelp rating and supposedly some hospitality award. If I don't hear back from this organization, I will definitely be calling the corporate office. I had a free night to use, so I decided to come here. What I really like is the full kitchen in each room. With this Virus going on, there's really no free breakfast, just a pre-packaged to go bag or a heated packaged Jimmy Dean sausage egg biscuit thing. There's no free happy hour like before either, with free booze and food. With this kitchen, it has a 2 burner stove top, microwave, toaster and even pots and pans. I can cook and fry stuff for breakfast and lunch or dinner. There's a nice indoor pool and hot tub as well as a exercise room. The staff is all masked up as you need to be till you get to your room. The AC was a little weak, but still kept it at 72F when outside was 95F. The WiFi is just OK with 5Mps upload and download. The TVs are new and nice and sharp, so that was good for streaming internet movies. The room was perfectly clean and functional, no problems. I'd stay here again as I had a trouble free stay. read more

I recently stayed at this hotel for just under a month for work and I was disappointed on many levels. Most of the staff were very friendly and did their best to make the stay enjoyable even if there were small annoyances like inconsistencies with housekeeping, no ice in the soda machine, and inconsistent quality of the manager's reception (mon-wed). My chief complaint and main cause of disappointment with this hotel started one morning when I noticed my AC was dripping water. On my way out to work at 7am I notified the front desk and they said they'd take care of it. Upon my return at 7pm after working all day in heat, I returned to my room and found the AC dismantled and the window open, leaving my room about 90 degrees. Completely dismayed, I called the front desk and told them about the situation. They said they were aware of the issue and the mechanic told them the AC would need 24 hours to defrost. I said that this was unacceptable- if they knew my room was inhabitable for the night, why did they never tell me? They have my email address and cell phone number, all they had to do was contact me so that I could either get another room at their hotel or check into a different hotel. To remedy the situation, they offered to let me switch rooms but I initially declined because I had just unpacked all of my belongings for the extended stay and didn't want to pack and unpack them again. I let them know I didn't want to change rooms for that reason and if I did move, I wasn't moving back. The woman at the front desk agreed and moved me to a nearby 2 br room that was clearly too big for one person, but I had no other choice. So I packed my belongings, moved to the new room, and unpacked them again. I left the next morning for work at 7 am and returned at 7pm to find my new room locked with all my belongings inside. I rushed down to the front desk because I had a business meeting at 7:30 pm. After waiting several minutes for someone to show up at the front desk, the manager appeared and informed me that the room switch was temporary and I had to switch my room back because he "wasn't giving me a 2br room for the rest of my stay". I asked him that if they knew my belongings were still in my room why didn't they just contact me to clear things up, instead they locked my things inside the room and made me 30 minutes late for my meeting. When I pressed the manager for answers he said, "I can throw some points on your account if that makes you feel better." At this I was completely insulted and walked away from the manager. After contacting IHG online, the disrespect and lack of communication continued. I wanted to talk to someone about improving communication at this hotel and get reimbursed for the night my room was left inhabitable and for the time it took me to change my room multiple times. Instead I was met with pre-canned answers from robotic customer service representatives (they didn't even take the time to remove the pre-written text from their email). For all of my trouble the threw 20k points on my account which gets me absolutely nothing and shows they don't plan to improve the communication at IHG or this particular hotel. Through my company, I spent thousands of dollars at this hotel and next time I will be taking my business to the Hampton Inn next door read more

Ok...so the 3 strike rule fell into place here. #1: When I arrived to my room, the couch was torn apart, halfway folded out, and with seat cushions on the floor. Ok, no big deal. I put it back together in a couple of minutes. Next. #2: Did my usual bed cleanliness check. Found long, curly pieces of blond/brown hair on the pillows. Called downstairs and asked for pillow cases. Housekeeping proceeded to knock on the door and barge her way into the room without waiting for me. Ok, I get it. I called for assistance. What about privacy?!?!?! Wait til I open the door for you knowing that I'm in the room? Anyhoo, she was super friendly and changed my cases with the quickness. No harm, no foul. #3: The last straw! We asked for late check out in the morning. Front desk said, "Sure. You can check out at 1." Cool. Since I got off way late from work this morning, an extra hour would be super helpful. 12:15 came rolling around. I was half awake laying in bed. Knock knock knock, boom!!! A guy who I'm assuming was housekeeping attempted to barge into the room without even waiting for my reply. Thank goodness I had the top lock on. I jumped out of bed and headed to the door. No one was there. What the heck??? It's such a shame because besides these 3 issues, I had a nice stay. The place was mostly clean. The gym, pool, laundry, and complimentary breakfast were fantastic as offerings from the hotel. The 3rd front loading laundry machine had some issue with its final spin cycle though. My clothes came out drenched and took nearly 3 hours to dry. I loved the mini kitchen, nice fridge, and open bathroom. The shower head did have some clogs but it was bearable. Due to the positives, I couldn't bring myself to give this place 1 star. I stay at hotels 3-6 times in a week while in Reno. I really wanted to make Staybridge a staple because I mostly enjoyed my stay. I am just quite frustrated over the barging into rooms without ample warning. I might give it another try once the storm calms. 2 stars. read more

This was our last stop after spending 10 days in 6 different hotel rooms while on a road trip and it was a special treat once we stopped here at Staybridge. The hotel is in a quiet business park area of southern Reno. It is near the freeway, but there is minimal noise. Numerous food choices within short driving distance. The hotel is new and it shows. The paint, carpet, landscaping, furniture, etc. All rooms come with a kitchen area that includes full fridge, dishwasher, plates, etc. Indoor pool and spa are spacious and clean. There is also laundry, fitness, and a library. Near the pool there is an outside patio where one could bbq and enjoy the time in the sun. They are dog friendly and the only way I could tell was the poor condition of the couch in our king size bed room. This thing looked and felt like something out of college dorm. Breakfast was bountiful and hearty. We left home well rested and happy campers. read more

There was a slight noise issue, and I called the front desk and Christy (not 100% sure of her name) was so sweet and awesome! She switched us rooms and her customer service was perfect. Stayed here from March 28-April 1st in room 316 which is a 2 queen 1 bedroom suite. The suite was perfect for the 4 of us. It had a kitchen which was a very nice touch. The thing we loved the most was the full size fridge/freezer with a ice marker. The housekeeping upon arrival had loaded the dish washer with all the dishes and placed a sticky note that states "the dishes has been cleaned & sanitize for your arrival". Which was neat especially during covid. During our stay the house keeping did an incredible job of cleaning our room each day which is rare nowadays especially with covid-19. We loved how the couch was also a sofa bed which was nice to sleep our 4th person out on the couch. The only 1 compliant we had was everyday @ 5pm when in the bathroom you could smell of marijuana which eventually spread to our entire suite. We complained after 2 days and according to the front desk they kicked someone out the night before on the 2nd floor due to marijuana. The front desk agent stated she will look into the marijuana on the 3rd floor. We loved this hotel so much we ended up booking a 1 night stay again for April 3rd after we return from Napa county. When we checked in on April 3rd we were out into room 106 same room type as before. This room was a little outdated and showed age but was roomy for the last night before heading to the airport the next day. I highly recommend staying here. read more

I was so happy that the Hilton in Sparks, NV was so lame at their front desk that I had to walk out - and thus found the Staybridge. I was traveling with someone who needed an ADA room, and to my surprise Staybridge offered a suite with two ADA rooms off of it with their own bathrooms. Also in the suite was a kitchen with appliances, plates, utensils, full fridge, dish washer, microwave etc. there was also a dining room with TV, a pull out couch, and wide doors/and pull bars for people in wheel chairs. Even the plugs and outlets were eye level to a person in a wheel chair. Fabulous! It was so nice to relax in a room where my travel partner could relax too and not be stressed by narrow passages, clutter, showers or tubs he could not use etc. Thanks, Staybridge. The front desk was very helpful too. They made sure to get us into our room quickly and efficiently. Hats off to you! My only suggestion to corporate would be to list all of their hotels on their website, their cities/locations, or have some way that we could search for them on our route while road tripping. read more

I am writing this review based only on my experience with the front desk Customer service. I was hopelessly lost, temporarily without my cell phone and stressing from being a fire evacuee. I could not find my hotel where I had reservations. The directions I got prior to stopping here were not helpful. I explained my situation to the young lady at the counter, (I believe her name was Vanessa.). She was patient and kindly printed out the step by step directions to get me where I needed to go, and went over them with me. I appreciated her help during a stressful time. read more

We've been here a few weeks and this place has far exceeded my expectations. One adult and 2 tweens. - Fully functioning kitchen plus common BBQ area helping us save $$ - Great wifi - I've been working non-stop so I would notice bad wifi - Pool is great, keeping my kiddos entertained - Not noisy but plenty close to stores etc - Staff has been very friendly and responsive There are lots of fire evacuees here and you can tell staff is going above and beyond to make their stay as comfortable as possible. We returned her for New Years and had a MUCH better time. The "GOOD" below still applies, but this time no noisy neighbors. The manager (Kelly) and desk clerk (Christina) went out of their way to make our stay great. Everything from the Sundowner Reception (wine, beer, appetizers) to the quick response to requests (like when I spilled chilli on the floor). The value is still incredible for the price and its a great hotel. On a good day you're 20 mins from Mount Rose, and 1 hour from Squaw Valley Ski Resort. On snowy days (or weekends) it is closer to 1.5 hrs to Squaw. Casinos are right down the road for no-ski days. read more

This hotel has all the markings of a great place to stay for business people and people on long-term projects in the area. The rooms are really nice; they have a great indoor gym, pool & spa; a really good breakfast every morning and a Manager's Social 3 days each week with various food items & beverages. However I feel absolutely compelled to share with you my experiences here. I will preface this by providing what I feel is a percentage of fault/ responsibility for the challenges I'm about to outline: Staff - O% Responsible Builders - 0% Responsible Pets - 0% Responsible Hotel Owners & Guests - Tied, for 100% Responsible First off, I will say that the staff here is amazing. From the cleaning staff, to the front desk people, kitchen staff and management are all very friendly, helpful and engaging. All completely committed to making your stay as nice and as comfortable as possible. Whenever there was a problem, they jumped on it right away, immediately without question, with one goal in mind... working to solve the problem. Kudos! Now, on to the challenges: Number One The walls are paper-thin. There must be little-to-no insulation nor soundproofing inside the walls. Being a Builder myself, I know what could be done, and wasn't. I place 100% of responsibility on the owners/investors of this property for taking the cheap way out... 0% on the Builder. I can hear everything that the people are talking about in the room next to me. I could even hear the man next door peeing in the bathroom toilet, from where I was trying to sleep in the bed farthest away from the bathroom. Worse yet, the rooms are situated headboard-to-headboard, so you can imagine everything that I heard during my stay here. I will sensor my own further input here for the sake of readers of all ages, but it didn't sound fun for at least one of the voices that I heard. Number Two The floors appeared to have little to no insulation/soundproofing between them, as well. I was awakened at 1:30 a.m. by the sound of a small child running back and forth across the floor, without ceasing. Thirty minutes later, I listened to the mother yell & scream at the child to stop. It was quiet for a few minutes, after which the child resumed running back & forth until another 30 minutes later when the mother yelled once again. Thankfully, the front desk person was very apologetic and sympathetic and immediately moved me to another room where I was able to get my last hour and a half of sleep, before having to get up for work. Needless to say, I was not a happy camper. By the way, I do not blame the child in the least for this behavior. Number Three Please keep in mind that I am extremely pet friendly.... and so is this hotel. The challenges are not the pets, it is the owners of the pets who are the problem. They leave their pets locked in their room all day long while they are gone, out doing whatever they're doing. So, I came back to my room this afternoon to hear at least two to three dogs all barking, "talking with each other" like dogs do. The sounds on the floor or like something I would find out in the country somewhere... or, at a pound. People think that pet training is for the animal.... not so, it's actually for the human. Number Three This hotel offers an amazing complimentary breakfast in the morning. Not just your normal continental breakfast of the past, but eggs, bacon, sausage yummy waffles Bagels fruits, it's amazing. Unfortunately for me, it doesn't start until 6:30am. At that point, I have already been on the job for a half hour, so the breakfast was never something that I could enjoy. So, I give it 1 star because of the challenges. I'd add three stars for the staff, but that would skew my review into the "Yay! I'm a fan" level. So, because of the challenges, the startling awakenings in the middle of the night and the lost sleep, I need to give it just 2 Stars, with the one extra being for the staff. If it weren't for them, this hotel would get a one star rating from me. Never again. read more

Great hotel, but cool with the dogs staying here, and I miss the breakfast, but I understand with Covid.

311$ for two double beds and my dog. 3x what it's worth. Tiny, tiny pee closet of a bathroom was designed for the smallest people. My room stinks of old curry even with both windows open. The breakfast buffet is soooo disappointing. The powdered eggs and thin, greasy, chemical soaked bacon are found only in the cheapest buffets. Any other pet friendly hotel will feed you at least as well, while being 200$ less expensive. read more

This hotel is the BEST!! I recently stayed here for 4 months since I was in town for work. The service here is awesome, every staff member will go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience possible. The rooms are spacious and always clean! The housekeeping staff gets 5 and a half stars as they always did such an amazing job. Other pluses: - morning breakfast is always hot and plenty to choose from - FREE landry (4 dryers & 4 washers) - kitchinette is fully stocked with pots, silevrware, glasses, etc - WIFI runs well, barely had problems with it - staff is always willing to help with suggestions on what to do, where to eat, things around the area - Tues-Thur, complementary small afternoon/evening meal and free adult beverage - close to highway I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area and do recommend to others! read more
