We visited for my daughters 10th Birthday and we really enjoyed ourselves. We spent hours there enjoying the games, bowling and oh yes the food was great. Appalling organization and management. Reservation was screwed up. Then one of the lanes we were given was still being used by someone, so 13 of us had to play on 2 lanes. So they switched it back. Beautiful building, amenities, should have been a great experience. Customer service at the front desk was awesome, lanes are well serviced. The thing that gives this place two stars is the atmosphere, luckily this is an easy fix, if the owners listen to their customers. Turn down the volume to all arcade games, why wasn't this area closed off? Turn down the music to the overall bowling alley. Families usually try to talk while bowling, this isn't a club, pretend it is in the evenings if you'd like. Now the real disappointment, the food experience. I ordered a pizza and two drinks. It was super busy. The order never arrived while we were bowling, so we let them know we were gone from our lane and now in the arcade. We were assured our order was still being worked on. Spent $15 at the arcade, between this time we checked in again about our order. Now we were told they would find us. Now done with the arcade and wanting to leave, my husband made one last ditch effort to get our lunch. My husband said 'food or refund' and food starts pouring out of the kitchen. Employee looked concerned I was on Facebook as he gave me a soda. We waited 1 hour and 25 minutes for ONE PIZZA and TWO soft drinks!!! The pizza was so greasy/wet when I held it up all the cheese fell off and hit the plate. Same thing happened to my son but he is five and will eat anything. I removed half the actual crust because it was too wet, when I finally took a bite I almost threw up. I was the customer sitting outside with my hands over my head on your sidewalk. Nothing like a mouth full of semi warm grease and water and very wet dough. Yak!!! Get a handle on your kitchen, more money is spent here than actual bowling for most families. It took 5 minutes for anyone to approach the register to even take my order in the first place. I ate zero lunch but spent $18 on food and regret the $2 tip I gave before knowing how terrible everything would be. I want my food money back! What a waste of a good day. Great family fun! My five year old son and I really enjoyed this place. He's a first time bowler, so being able to bowl like the big kids was very exciting for him!! I was very satisfied with the arcade area. They had a good variety for all ages. The only disappointment is the food. Their food is just not up to par; especially for the price. If youGo, go for the bowling, but don't eat the food there! My boys and I went for some weekend fun, but wanted to nibble in something. I went up to the counter to order,we got an order of fries, some onion rings,and potato skins. I made sure to ask the cashier, to make sure the kitchen crew seasoned the fries and onion rings. She asked... what do you mean, we hand dip the onion rings in a batter. I told her that after the cooks take them out of the fryer, to sprinkle them with salt. I told her that the last few times there, they came out very bland. I told her that everything from the fryer should be seasoned. When she rang up my order, I realized I had no cash, so I left a tip on the credit card receipt. That was a mistake! She never once came back to our lane to see if we needed anything else. She did get our order wrong though, and my son had to go back to get it corrected. She didn't seem to care, because she had already gotten her tip. Meanwhile, the cooks I guess don't know the difference between table salt and what looked like pretzel salt. The onion rings weren't just sprinkled with that salt, but they were drenched in it. Making them inedible. The potato skins were ok, but weren't seasoned and we're lacking green onions. The dipping sauce for the rings was also under seasoned. I guess having an open kitchen with $8 an hour cooks, means the little (albeit) important things will always come up short. The fries were soggy and greasy, cold and lifeless. $25 +$5 tip for this shit! If there's a chef that runs this kitchen, he should not only be ashamed,but should be present. His staff seemed to be more interested in watching a chatting up the waitresses,then cooking what is quite simply some if the worst crap I've eaten in the area. The owner of this food establishment, needs to rethink his quest to be a restaurant in a bowling alley. He needs a manager there to oversee things, and needs to hire some people that are over 25 years old. They may actually care more about service,than looking at the pretty girls or cute guys. I came to Station 300 for a birthday celebration and overall had a great time. Bradley helped us get started with bowling and shoes and appropriately accommodated us throughout the evening. I was apart of a group of approximately 30 people including 6 children who thoroughly enjoyed the arcade. The bar service was equally commendable along with the bowling counter. My group and ordered buckets of beer and multiple cups of alcohol. We had a great time. My only complaint was the kitchen/food service staff. After ordering food from 7-10:45pm I attempted to place and order and was rudely told "the kitchen is closed! It'd 11:00pm" by a young man with short dreadlocks, wearing a black shirt. I explained that I didn't know this and walked away from the counter. About 5 minutes later 2 women walked over and graciously placed an order an proceeded to wait on their food. I asked to speak with the manager and a young lady went to retrieve her. She never came from the back, however, the same young man who took the 2 orders after 11pm emerged. He asked if I wanted to speak with manager. I realized that the manager and employee had already spoken and she had approved him making food as the young women were his family members. Throughout the evening multiple trays of food were served to the young women and there group. I just find it highly unacceptable to serve some people but refuse to serve others. If the policy states "no service after 11pm, that should include staff members and their families. The staff member eventually left as his family waited outside in a white Jeep Cherokee and he carried the ordered food outside in a backpack. Unfortunately, several others came over to place orders and were greeted with the 11pm policy. The manager even had to refund money to a young women as someone took her order after the 11pm policy, but because people stood back and started watching the kitchen, they decided not to serve her either. If a policy is in place, it should be enforced for all patrons including family members. In reading the other reviews, it's interesting to see that the kitchen staff appears to be the only issue with Station 300. (Disrespectful, long wait time on orders, food not cooked to completion, etc.) read more

So many negative things happened during this visit to Station 300. We came to the restaurant then we were going to go bowling. Our visit started off rocky. They only had one guy working as a server for the entire restaurant. I hoped it would get better, however it didn't. Once we ordered our food, the appetizers were alright, but then it came to the food. We ordered 4 meals (2 calzones, chicken fingers, and a club sandwich). The 2 calzones and chicken fingers came out with no problem, but it took over an hour until I said to just forget the club! I mean honestly, it's not that hard to make a club sandwich, but I understand things happen. However my biggest problem was afterwards. The server went back and made it himself because he felt really bad. When he gave it to me the manager said that because he gave it to me (after I said no thank you) I could get a discount because he gave it to me. Lol no thanks! Y'all really need to work on that because that is 100% unacceptable customer service. AND it wasn't full. read more

Zeppelin's was a horrible place to eat. Ordered ribs with mashed potatoes. When the food came out about 30 minutes after ordering the food, it was cold and the potatoes were instant. It took our waiter 25 minutes to come back to our table and we complained. He insisted that their potatoes were made fresh. I call BS! They have the worst service I have ever seen. There were only four tables with people eating and two people at the bar. No excuse for such lousy service. I would suggest new management and new staff completely. read more

Third time I have been there on family vacation, we go there because its the closest . Every time it gets a bit worse than the previous time. New, modern looking and overly loud. The place was not crowded when my party arrived. We asked for a lane away from people, we were given a lane that was next to people, with six empty lanes to the other side. The people next to us had 2 small children and no lane courtesy so in the middle of your turn to throw one of them would run up and jump in the way. 3 times the little girl almost knocked herself out and once she missed her lane and dumped the ball down ours during a throw. When we arrived at our lanes the two tables closest to our lane we were assigned to had dirty dishes and needed to be wiped down. A woman in my party did not see the mess and accidentally put her purse in it and set her night off in a bad way. We looked around for a server, with none to be found. We found a bottle to spray things down and wipe the table down ourselves, still no one noticed we did this. I bowl in a bowling league at home and when I come here on vacation I have to forget how to bowl normally and protect myself from getting hurt. Lanes are polyurethane and walk up to the lanes are an entirely different composite material. The walk up paired with the bowling shoes gives you a tacky sticky feeling with no glide. If you try to slide you will break a leg or worse, fall and hurt yourself and the people next to you, like my father did. When we mentioned that there was something wrong with the lane and people could get hurt, the attendant told us to not walk outside with our shoes, which we had not even left the lanes being in the second frame. The manager stepped in and said that walking in the lane would cause that, which it did not, and that bowling was at our own risk and we were at fault to be careful. Nothing like the best in customer service. I was so irritated by the lack of concern for safety and response to someone getting hurt that I did not notice the food or the super loud games in the background. Most staff were tired and did not want to be there, or young kids who had short answers and no customer service skills. Lack of any other choices of bowling will be the only reason why I risk my health or money to come back. read more
