Their service is just top notch, they really care about their jobs and are always thorough. I originally used them as a "one time" job to rodent proof my garage. They figured out what had to be done including replacing the rubber seal at the bottom of the garage door, adding steel wool where the rodents could get in and better sealing the top of the door. We haven't had a rodent in the garage since. The job was so thorough that I ended up signing up for their monthly service and I have been happy ever since. On top of that, the entire process of this call was extremely lengthy and to complete it and hang up, it required a lot of personal information, including a credit card so they could process payment after the tech did visit to assess! I called in specifically to address rodents in and around my home, something this company was founded upon, but what I was being sold were general pest control services on a recurring basis, and that was necessary to get someone out to my house to actually see what was happening firsthand. This type of sales tactic is doing a disservice to the consumer, the company, and the very technicians hired to service the clients and should be remedied ASAP. I personally felt I was taken advantage of and called right back to cancel the appointment.
