Bring cash or be prepared to write a check: they don't take card (but won't tell you that when you call ahead) but oh what a convenience, they have an onsite ATM that charges a $5 fee (on top of whatever your bank will charge you). Just a blatant petty scam that, while endearing at cash-only restaurants, is not what you want when trying to pay off the ransom to the people holding your car hostage. I confronted the owner/manager about this saying I would pay them $5 less because they're already getting that from their machine n he preceded to start humming and hawing about how it's not like that n they don't see that money n I'm not interested in hearing obvious lies so I walked out the room to just go pay n he chased me down n yelled at me "you can pay the whole amount!" Only reason I'm not giving one star is because of the very helpful n nice drivers. The staff deserve a better boss. read more

TRASH. I parked at a lot I have parked at before and I guess they were bored on Labor Day and felt like towing me. It had barely been 40 minutes! I called the call center, the woman took all my info down and said she would contact the driver... 30 minutes and nothing (never got a call back period). I had to call a ride to get to the place... at this point, it's about 8:15pm and past sunset. I happen to run into the tow person after he put my car there. He gives me a higher price then says it's cash only. I asked abour zelle, vendor, etc. He said no, only cash. I said fine, I'll go get cash and come back in # minutes. When I came back, there was a diff tow person there... and this second person gave me a different price.. A LOWER price ($156 USD). I gave exact change because I read they can lie and say they don't have change. Nevertheless, he also sent an electronic receipt via text and I received it instantly. I dont know how that scammer/liar was going to finagle giving my receipt with that higher price he gave me..maybe lie claiming I tipped him?? CRAZY. BE WEARY!! So some of these drivers are SCAMMERS. They add on money just to POCKET some of it. Selfish and unethical employees/business. Never mind the call receptionist who never returned my call, as if not having my car and personal belongings wasn't an emergency?? I couldn't bare to have my car there overnight. I was committed to staying there by the gate and waiting for any tow person to be there. I was told by the second (and honest gentleman) that they stop giving cars back at 11pm due to safety issues with the cash exchange. My situation was handled within an hour (I noticed my car was gone 7:45pm, then the time it took to find the tow company info, call the useless call center, get picked up, go to the place twice, and get cash (in Providence)). I was back in the driver's seat of my car at 8:41pm. Someone else pulled up when I was abour done with my transaction and they came from Pawtucket with cash in hand. It was her first time too getting towed. Fortunately, she was getting handled by the same honest man I got and so she would be getting charged the correct price!! Clearly the business only accepts cash so that they dont report all their earnings to RI and Federal taxes! Never mind the filka that upcharge and/or don't provide others with receipts. got my car towed last night I called today and they said I cant pick it up till 4pm and the owner I think it is leaves at 12pm how does that work?? Then the women on the phone had a nasty attitude and provided no information at all And she didn't know anything. Had an accident due to tire blow out. They picked up same day, handled all the insurance issues and fixed my car with minimal delay. There were huge supply chain issues during this time frame and they scoured the whole US snd Canada to get the parts needed to fix my car. Always friendly and responsive! Their tow lot is across from the entrance. Recovered my car pretty quickly though. They only accept cash. No credit cards, not sure on checks. read more

I was concerned about using this company after reading Yelp reviews; however, after experiencing the customer service first hand, I knew I had to post my experience. First, Steve was quick to answer, find me a tow, and he kept me posted throughout the entire process. Second, when the tow came, he was NOTHING but helpful and kind. He talked me through what would happen, the cost, and all the rest. Third, while they do only accept cash, I was told that over the phone before I confirmed the tow, and in person, before my car was towed. I called six other tow companies that morning, and was treated like an inconvenience for calling at 8:00am. I hope I never have to do tow again, but if I do, I would call them! read more

I'd give them less starts if I could. I work nights and was going to move my car when I woke up after it started snowing and there was already police and tow trucks on my street. My car wasn't hooked up or next to be towed but the tow company came over and prevented me from getting in my car to move it. I was told I had to talk to the police officer to get it and the police told me it was up to them and they wouldn't let me get in it. I was told if I had $60 I could keep it so I asked if I could walk 2 minutes to the atm and told I couldn't. Then they said it was $120 if I wanted it the next day. I walked to the atm and got $120 and walked over to them within 15 minutes and was told when I got there it was $240 to get my car back by "Steven" who appeared to be a 13 year old supervisor. He said he would just take would I had in my pocket and do me a favor. Not only did they steal my property but then tried to steal more money from me to get it back. Wish i could put less stars, went in with my g.f. Who had got into a accident earlier that morning and the vehicle was towed here. The first time we spoke to the guy up front, (wish i had his name) could already perceive a bit of attitude in his tone. Could not process cards or take a check so had to leave and come back with cash. Asked why it took over a hour for the vehicle to be towed 10 min away and received no answer and a confused response. Then from there he was super rude for no reason to us, so we called him out on it and was met with a fake apology, told him off and left. No one should do business with a place that customers have to be met with such a rude person, horrible experience. read more

I got myself into a very tricky situation when I got stuck on a ledge on someone's porch and thought surely I was going to pay a lot more money in damages. Mike jr. came to the rescue and boy did he do a good job! He told me he'd take good care of her and he sure did do so. Literally the worst towing company. They don't expect credit cards and when you give them cash they don't have any change. I was told to come in the next day just to get a receipt and change.
