if I could put a zero I would he illegally passed my car I had to bring it back three times after I bought it paid $7000 with the check engine light. He then turned it off and said I would have to pay to have it diagnostic it ended up being a $40 sensor then a rim then a tire then the shocks then the door panel now I just paid $1500 to fix, all of the brakes, ball joints, shocks etc he's a scam artist don't buy from him plz do not buy I know have turned them into the Massachusetts inspection. They're going by there and they're gonna see what he did to my car. I'm the camera. They also going to watch him. I'm also calling the attorney generals office and I'm going to be doing something about this because this is man, he's a liar read more

I made an appointment a week in advance and told them I needed new brake pads and I needed it done by 3 o'clock so I could go to work. I dropped off my car at 8 AM and they called me at 2:30 and told me I needed new brake pads. I said "I know, so did you fix my car?" they said "no we didn't know you wanted your car fixed" when I clearly told them what was wrong with it and that I wanted new break pads. They basically ignored my car all day & then charged me for telling me exactly what I told them when I brought my car in and they did no work on it. The mechanic proceeded to argue with me when I told him he messed up. Why would I bring in my car if I didn't want it fixed? Idiots. Horrible communication & lack of common sense. I have had a great experience with this shop in the past, but now it has been ONE WEEK since my car was towed there, and no one has called me with any type of diagnosis! Meantime, I am having to pay for a rental each and every day. I am very surprised about this, because my past experience has been very good.It also seems, when i call, that no-one who I can talk to will be in the shop until 11:30! Backed out of my garage with back passenger door ajar. CRUNCH! Car was undriveable as door could not close. Insurer wanted us to use their "guaranteed provider." YELP to the rescue: that shop got awful reviews. So we looked for an alternative. The Narra. location of Mike's got great reviews, but several people we actually know had used the NK location and were very happy. So we went with them. They not only performed the insured work, but did a few other things we paid for, as long as it was there. AND, they even threw in a few extra things for which we were not charged, like fixing a dent on the other side, repairing a faulty door lock, and detailing the entire car inside and out. In the end, the price was very reasonable, and the car looked practically showroom new. And the people there are so nice! Wouldn't take my car anywhere else for body work. read more

A couple years ago, the front right of our family's Toyota Corolla was damaged pretty badly. Not only did Mike's fix the apparent damages, but touched up some the scratches on the back of the car. We got our car back in a reasonable time span and Mike's could not have been more helpful throughout the process. read more
