My wife's car was hit hard enough to shove it several feet backwards into my car and crack the bumper. I have never had anything but bad experiences using body shops, but my wife found these guys and they were fantastic. Mario was polite, professional, and far more helpful than anyone I've ever dealt with at any sort of auto shop. The folks at State took care of everything flawlessly, dealt directly with the insurance company on everything, handled my wife's car being totaled out, and kept me informed on the progress of my car's repairs every step of the way. I got my 10 year old car back looking almost as good as the day I drove it off the lot. I hope it's quite a while before I need a body shop again but I can't imagine bringing my cars anywhere but State Auto Body.

My jaw dropped when I went to pick up my car. I'm a car enthusiast and I've had cars shipped to detailers hours away for this type of work. The work Jarred and his team do is on par with the best detail shops that I've seen on the east coast. The type of detailing that Top Notch does is a craft that needs to be mastered for years and years. The staff, the shop, and the products (XPEL) are all on the top level, gold standard. I'm so glad that there is a place like this in Rhode Island and there literally isn't another shop in the state that can do work to this level. I'm legit never going to another shop now that I found Top Notch. Jarred is the owner/operator and he's a super cool guy and the results he achieved for my car was amazing. The shop itself is impressive and immaculate. If you're into cars, detailing, or just want to have your car look literally the best it ever could, go here. This is high end car detailing at it's finest. Customer for life.

She was friendly and courteous, and helped me navigate scheduling everything and made me much less anxious about it all - and I am an anxious person. When you get great customer service and deal with an excellent employee it makes it seem a bit easier. TBH my car ended up being totaled - so I didn't need their services for repair. But - when I dropped my car off I got these emails with updates and an estimate of the cost almost immediately. I think that was most impressive for me - I'm not big on talking on the phone, so to get that information electronically was super convenient for me. I definitely would recommend.

First thing I appreciate...high level of communication. Miguel sent me a reminder and follow up as the date approached. 2nd thing I appreciate... dropping the car off the night before on my schedule. My car was at the shop for a week to allow Miguel to work his magic. During that time he reached out several times to talk about progress and expectations (mostly his). Services I received were paintless dent repair, 2 step paint correction, and 3 year ceramic coating. 3rd thing I appreciate....when I picked up the car it was inside, under the lights, and was as perfect as a 24 year old Mercedes can be. There is nothing about the finished result that I would change or want better. Absolutely thrilled about my car and the service I received from Miguel at Medeiros Auto Detailing. You bet I'm telling all my car guy friends cause they're blown away with how great this car looks. Chris
