They were so nice! I came in to ask about a small spot of rust on my car door. A gentleman came…read moreout, looked at it, then came back and just sanded, applied something, painted it and fixed the spot right there! And didn't even charge! Then he answered my questions about other small dings and paint chips on my car, and recommended what to do with them. My usual car place said they didn't deal with rust spots, and referred me to Hal's for that. I guess Hal's Center does a lot of major repairs - there were cars lined up with bumpers missing or torn up in the parking lot, presumably waiting. It seemed pretty busy (must be popular?), but the folks still helped me with my spot of rust, and now I have peace of mind and more info on upkeeping my car!

I let him fix my door. 2 days later i got back my truck. Truck was washed and looked good from far. Up close, the job was not complete and looked rushed. It has paint drip spots. It was not sanded smooth all the way and is noticeable. They even got paint on my rim and fog lights. It also took me two days to clean the door jams which were covered in paint chips from sanding down my door. This place rushes the job. DO NOT BRING ANY VEHICLE HERE. They do sloppy jobs i still dont understand how you get paint on the rims and fog lights when your fixing a door. These guys are all messes. He said hey we're swamped with appointments but I don't want you to have that window down in the rain so come in in and ask for me. I ran over, asked for Woody he came right out with a special tool, popped the window switch out, located a new part and had it put in within 45 minutes. Just before the down pour. I ask how can you provide this level of service? He said we care! It's worth noting that another dealer told me i couldn't come in for a quick look and had to wait ten days for and appointment and they would probably have to order the switch and that would take a day. They suggested I put plastic over the window... I'm a Paul Bailey customer now!!
