WARWICK COLLISION CENTER STORED MY DAMAGED VEHICLE IN AN EMPTY PARKING LOT NEXT TO HOME DEPOT ON BALD HILL, MICE LIVING IN CAR AND I WAS CHARGED $2,500 FOR THIS STORAGE!! I was rear-ended by a truck and brought my vehicle in for a quote and what I hoped would be repair to my vehicle. I was informed by insurance company that vehicle was deemed a total loss and that I needed to pick up my vehicle (still drive-able) and return my rental. When I attempted to pick up my vehicle, Christine from Warwick Collision Center refused to let me take my vehicle. She said I could not retrieve until my insurance company paid for the cost of the quote and storage. Unfortunately, it took several months before this was straightened out between the two insurance companies. Warwick Collision Center kept charging $30 per day for storage while this was being sorted by the insurance companies. In the end, there was an additional $2,500 in storage charges that ended up getting paid by me. I contacted Christine and requested that this amount be credited and she said she would check with her Supervisor. I never heard back from Christine, and she failed to return several calls that I placed. In addition, my vehicle was not stored in a garage. When my wife went to retrieve some personal items, it was located in an empty, uncovered, security-less parking lot next to Home Depot on Bald Hill Ave. The battery was dead, the electronic key to the vehicle was broken. The vehicle was not protected from the elements due to damage to the trunk. When my wife opened the trunk, there was a family of mice living amongst her belongings. I advise that you think twice before doing business with this company due to their lack of integrity and professionalism. read more

I absolutely love this place my 2016 Lexus rx350 was hit from the rear which caused other damage they were able to get it appraised properly by inspecting my vehicle thoroughly. They represented me 100% they actually work for your best interest and not the insurance companies. I was placed in a very nice luxury rental. Timing was extremely reasonable because they had to deal with COVID which resulted in the business being shut down for 2 weeks. Never never never again. Which is unfortunate considering I buy and lease my cars from the Mini division of Inskip. A simple body repair- my car sat for two full weeks without anyone even looking at it or calling me to tell me it hadn't been looked at. When I called, I was told they could give me no time frame as to when they could even start the process. I had been looking to get my new 2021 corvette front end covered with paint protection film. I had tried to work with a couple of other local installers and was unable to get an appointment to get it done timely. Part of the problem was my issue with not driving the car when there is a chance of rain. These companies are also small 1 or 2 man type shops that either use the cell as a business phone which voice mails are full or the guy who does the wrap is not in Or two busy this week , etc . I wanted Expel paint protection film after researching on You Tube , watch it and you will see why it's the best. This is how I found Eduardo at Warwick Collision part of Penske . He is a great manager and is one of only two places that are authorized dealers of Expel. Eduardo was very patient and worked with me on scheduling and I am so happy I had it done there. They are the consummate professionals there and Eduardo is very customer oriented . They did an outstanding job! I had partial hood , bumper and mirrors done. They actually covered a little more of the hood than others had shown and at pretty much the same price . Your car is in a spotless large facility , one would expect of Penske businesses and everyone in there is extremely proficient. I contacted Inskip/Warwick Collision looking for paintless dent removal (PDR). You can find this service on every corner in Los Angeles where we used to live, but when I asked about at Body Shops near my home, I got a blank stare. Not only did Nathan and Christine hook me up with a first class body man to pull several dents out of my 2009 Mini, but they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. There was a significant dent below the handle on the rear hatch right along a prominent body line, not only did they get it out, but several smaller dents I had not noticed. I am very appreciative! The alternative was to repaint the entire hatch, but for a dent where the paint is intact, I could not see spending that kind of money. Thanks again Nathan and Christine. If I could give 0 starts I would, this process that began back in March 2019 after my parked Mercedes-Benz GLA 250 was hit by a school bus is still weighing on me more now than ever before over 4 months later. I towed my car here thinking I would be able to have peace of mind with it being located in the Inskip auto mall with all the foreign car companies including Mercedes-Benz. I was told I had nothing to worry about when I dropped my car off and was put into a rental the next day. Whenever I would call for updates it would be extremely difficult to get someone on the phone. After the lengthy repair was finished there was a dispute between Philadelphia insurance company (not my insurer) and the collision center about the amount of time that was taken to complete the repair and the insurance company went ahead to say that they would not be paying for the car rental for the last 10-11 or so days. After telling me I would not be charged for the rental and that I would be all set they now dumped the responsibility on me, who 1 had no control over the amount of time absorbed to complete the repair and 2 wasn't even inside or operating the vehicle during the time of the accident. When I spoke with enterprise they told me that the collision center said that I was being charged due to the amount of time it took for me to pick up the car when the repair was completed may 1st and I picked my car up on the 2nd due to me working in mass and not being able to get there before close at 4:30. Enterprise went ahead and charged me $567 and can not even begin to explain the way this has completely affected and inconvenienced me. If I could go back I would have never involved myself with this company and I would advise other to do so as well. I have gotten lawyers involved and its honestly not worth the stress. When I purchased an Audi two years ago, I knew that I was buying the service as well as a vehicle. Unfortunately my dream car was hit in the rear and I had to experience the first repair in the thirty-six years I have driven. Brought my mini into the collision center to be fixed the beginning of July, almost 5 weeks later my car still has not been fixed. I was told when I dropped off the car that it would take a week to fix my car. I have called and left messages, been transferred and was told I would hear back for someone numerous times. I have spoken to someone in the collision center maybe twice in the 5 weeks my car has been in their shop. They did say that the part that was ordered came in dented twice, but that was 2 weeks ago. I will never bring my car to Mini of Warwich again. I have been without my convertible for pretty much the whole summer driving around a crappy rental. Our car was sideswiped in July and 4 months later we are still waiting for it to be fixed. The car should have been totaled and the auto shop (along with our insurance) passed the hot potato until it landed in our lap. We were misled about the extent of the damages, not offered the option of having the repairs done in MA where aluminum repair was needed, and then asked to take possession of the car again with final costs being conveniently $100 below the value for having it totaled. At first look, I was thoroughly impressed with how my car looked. However, while the appearance may have been good, I was not pleased with how my car was returned to me. I had recently had my car detailed and it was brought in for repairs very clean. Apart from what ever was being done on the outside, when I got in the car to drive it away, it was filthy. There was dust coating the entire dashboard and console, enough to the point where I could swipe my finger across it and it was black. Aside from the interior, I also noticed that I had a brake light out. After bringing it to the service persons attention, they quickly cleaned out the interior and fixed the brake light, no complaints. I was pleased with how they handled my problem, however, had the inspection been done properly, I shouldn't have needed to have this corrected. At the prices this place charges, I am not fully satisfied. This claim was filed under another parties insurance and the process was smooth. Even though I wasn't paying for the work, I was still unhappy with how my car was returned to me. I now need to have the car interior cleaned yet again because of the sloppy maner in which the job was done. Aside from additional dust, I have since noticed masking tape still on the ceiling, paint on my seat, and there was also a haze on the window from paint over spray which I had to scrape off just so I could see through all of the junk stuck to the window. I am not happy with this repair place, and in the future I will be going elsewhere. I chose this place based on the Inskip name, and I must say, I am sorely disappointed. read more
