This place SUCKS. I waited 3 hours for service, and when they got there they damaged my 1967 Pontiac. The owner didn't even offer me a discount. Besides most of the people who gave good reviews are related to the owner. DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR, USE ANOTHER TOW COMPANY. read more

So, I hit a giant pothole on 495 in front of the AT&T store...as did about fifty other people. I called interstate towing for some rates- along with a ton of other places. Interstate had the lowest price, so I chose them. First... the low price that I was quoted increased about twenty dollars because of a 'special type of towing' that needed to happen- something to do with a hookup. I've had my car towed many times, and due to the type of car, it requires a flatbed. I informed them of that on the phone when they quoted me, but I guess they didn't listen. So regardless, they won my business by quoting me one thing and charging me another later... who knows if that is standard business practice. Then, when I finally got to my car at the shop (since I live out of state) I find that the plastic arch over my wheel well has been torn off in a way where all the clips have been broken off. To repair, I need to buy another arch for 90 bucks. When I left the vehicle before towing, the arch was on it- only popped out at one spot like it usually is. I called and asked interstate towing why the panel was ripped off and was told "It was like that when I go there, so I put it in the backseat". My car was left in the AT&T parking lot, in the corner, with the notice of the shop. I really doubt someone came and ripped my panel off. I usually Don't write Reviews but Have too! Most people write reviews when they don't like Something or just cause something did not go there way! Like a auto Accident, Police Tow or just about anything that they need a tow for! Let's face the fact if your calling a Tow Company it's usually not s Good thing! I'm writing this review not cause I had to pay this company for something that's my own Fault they tow me on the Parking Ban! Hey I have No One To Blame But Myself! What I am writing about is this Company is a 5 star Towing Company, I have used them a on another occasion when my Tundra broke down, The owner if I'm not mistaken came and tow me ! This time I'm not sure But on all 3 times they answer my calls in a Timely manner , Ask for information it was given to me with Respect as a Customer should be ! The trucks are well kept and Drivers are polite ! And there prices are Fair! No matter when you call these people Morning , Noon or Middle of the Night they come! So I want to say Thank you for your service ! In my Book your 5 stars and it's well Deserved! To all Employees at Interstate Towing in Woonsocket R. I. I am an eighty year old woman who called interstate because my car wouldn't start and I wanted it brought to a garage. The man who came in the tow truck looked under the hood of the car and saw that the battery had some dirt on the connection wires? Anyway, he fixed it, told me to let it run and I have had no problem. He did not charge me for coming. I brought them a big plate of fudge for Christmas, the people working were all wonderful. My neighbor used them after an accident and said the same, good job Interstate. read more

Please just never use them. I called interstate because they are right down the road from me and I needed a quick tow. A spark plug had been shot out of my engine block and I needed the truck towed to Cranston. When the tow truck driver arrived I told him the car was not drivable and not to turn the engine on. He ignored me and drove my truck onto the bed of the truck. On our way to Cranston I called Interstate to speak to the manager about it, to which he replied well what else was he going to do, there's no other way to put a car in neutral (for anyone who has ever owned a car I hope you realize how absolutely ridiculous this is, since automatic cars can be put into neutral in accessory mode, which he tried to tell me DID NOT EXIST) I tried to talk to him about his driver and how I told him specifically not to turn my truck on and so forth to which his response was "have a good night ma'am" and hung up on me as I was talking to him. When we got to Cranston I told the driver AGAIN do not turn my engine on, which annoyed him for whatever reason. I specifically told him not to turn my car on he told me I didn't know anything and that turning it on didn't matter, I told him it is my property and not to turn the truck on and get it off the truck, more words were exchanged ending in the driver calling me, the customer, a bitch, to screw off and to fuck off. They are unreasonably unprofessional and ill mannered people. Do not by any means give them your money, they're cheap for a reason. read more
