While it was not forceful, physical contact during a disagreement was completely unnecessary and inappropriate. I understand that hospitality staff deal with difficult situations, but that does not justify yelling, swearing, refusing to have a civil conversation, or physically touching a customer. I'm not writing this to criticize the establishment as a whole, as everyone else was pleasant.
