After months of appointments, we were finally getting close to something workable when a technician cracked my dentures. I was then told by the doctor that I would need to start completely over with a new top denture. Throughout this process, the staff showed very little empathy. On more than one occasion when I called or came in, I was asked, "What seems to be the problem now?"--which made me feel like a burden rather than a patient. For six months, I returned every three weeks for adjustments to a wax mold. Each time, I explained that the dentures were uncomfortable, yet when they came back, the issues were never corrected. When the fit slightly improved, the teeth still protruded too far, giving me a buck-toothed appearance where my bottom lip would tuck underneath them. I repeatedly pointed this out, but it was never properly addressed. At what I thought would be my final wax fitting, they instead presented a finished product that still did not fit correctly. While the suction had improved, the appearance and comfort were unacceptable. The doctor even told me to take them home and "try them out." I explained that if they did not fit properly in the office, they would not fit at home, and I declined. The doctor initially offered to restart the process, but then the office manager stepped in and said they could issue a refund and refer me to a specialist--only if they took the dentures back. After everything, I left feeling frustrated and defeated. About a week later, I called to restart the process and scheduled a new appointment. When I arrived, I was told my appointment had been canceled--without any proper notice--and that they would be keeping my $2,000, letting me keep my broken dentures, and referring me elsewhere. I never received a call about this, only a text confirming the appointment. As a result, I am currently stuck using cracked dentures. I am afraid to eat with them, so I remove them and stick to soft foods. I only wear them in public. This has been a degrading and deeply emotional experience. Having your teeth removed is already difficult enough, and I was made to feel like it was insignificant. There was one technician who was kind, and I wish her the best. Unfortunately, the overall experience has been life-changing in the worst way. I do not recommend this location. I plan to contact corporate to file a complaint in hopes of getting a refund so I can afford dentures that actually fit and function properly. I sincerely hope they improve their quality of care so no one else has to go through what I have experienced.

The waiting area is extremely peaceful and beautiful.The front office assistants are remarkable, kind, answered all my questions and were extremely informative and inviting. Once I was called, Dr. Nejad's assistant walked me back, the room was private and everything had it's place, very organized. Dr. Nejad eased my mind and explained to me all options I had. I learned more in one visit about what I was dealing with than the prior dentist I saw. I will be having my dental records sent over to Dr. Nejad's office as I plan on being his patient for life. As far as the Senior Dentist Jamie Sanders - she seemed eager to make it right but my records were already exposed. Aside from this; the office is small and as a patient, I could hear everyone's dental needs due to the lack of walls protecting people's personal dental privacy needs. I heard courses of action, proceedings on medications; so forth and so on. Also, the technology for X-rays is just not there. On a positive: The technicians on the floor are super friendly and do try to help make each patient comfortable. I usually come in for x-rays, cleaning, and I fill in my front tooth which I chip frequently with some sort of enamel and a UV light hardener. It's nothing permanent, but I'm OK with that. I'm normally taken care of the same exact day, but this time was a little different. The new dentist said she didn't have enough time to take care of me and that was that. They didn't fill my tooth, which is specifically what I came in for, but they were too busy to do it. Despite me calling the same day of my appointment and asking if they had an opening. It was clearly just a hand into my pocket as if they needed to make a quick $200 off some x-rays and the cleaning. Now it feels like it's more about the sale and less about the smiles.
