After months of appointments, we were finally getting close to something workable when a technician cracked my dentures. I was then told by the doctor that I would need to start completely over with a new top denture. Throughout this process, the staff showed very little empathy. On more than one occasion when I called or came in, I was asked, "What seems to be the problem now?"--which made me feel like a burden rather than a patient. For six months, I returned every three weeks for adjustments to a wax mold. Each time, I explained that the dentures were uncomfortable, yet when they came back, the issues were never corrected. When the fit slightly improved, the teeth still protruded too far, giving me a buck-toothed appearance where my bottom lip would tuck underneath them. I repeatedly pointed this out, but it was never properly addressed. At what I thought would be my final wax fitting, they instead presented a finished product that still did not fit correctly. While the suction had improved, the appearance and comfort were unacceptable. The doctor even told me to take them home and "try them out." I explained that if they did not fit properly in the office, they would not fit at home, and I declined. The doctor initially offered to restart the process, but then the office manager stepped in and said they could issue a refund and refer me to a specialist--only if they took the dentures back. After everything, I left feeling frustrated and defeated. About a week later, I called to restart the process and scheduled a new appointment. When I arrived, I was told my appointment had been canceled--without any proper notice--and that they would be keeping my $2,000, letting me keep my broken dentures, and referring me elsewhere. I never received a call about this, only a text confirming the appointment. As a result, I am currently stuck using cracked dentures. I am afraid to eat with them, so I remove them and stick to soft foods. I only wear them in public. This has been a degrading and deeply emotional experience. Having your teeth removed is already difficult enough, and I was made to feel like it was insignificant. There was one technician who was kind, and I wish her the best. Unfortunately, the overall experience has been life-changing in the worst way. I do not recommend this location. I plan to contact corporate to file a complaint in hopes of getting a refund so I can afford dentures that actually fit and function properly. I sincerely hope they improve their quality of care so no one else has to go through what I have experienced.

But when I arrived, they told me to wait 1-2 hours because "other patients were more important." I asked for another appointment, and they refused, saying I can't book again. They took money from my insurance but didn't fix my tooth and now say they can't help me anymore. Very unprofessional--be careful before trusting this place. I wish I could give them zero star

This was ny first time i saw them both, I usually see other people but i didnt see them. I explained to them that i have Endmetriosis, and they both said it had nothing to do with my oral health. I left upset. Guess what, Endo plays a big part in my oral health, and im at higher risk for oral diseases. Instead of them knowing that they assumed i don't wash my mouth. I may not be perfect at cleaning my teeth but you as a Dentist and Female should know that Chronic inflammatory disease can affect oral health. I am very hurt emotional and that cleaning was the most painful experience i have ever had when it came to my cleanings. please do better. would be ashamed if I had to go look elsewhere because of that experience.

Was looking forward to switching to a dentist closer to my home. I cancelled my cleaning with my…read moreold provider just to reestablish with this clinic which was a huge mistake. The dentist said I had "gingivitis" in some areas which means they'd deny me a regular cleaning until I received a gingival irrigation for $300. Never in my 27 years of going to the dentist every 6 months have I been denied a cleaning until I pay to receive a treatment. She was pressing so incredibly hard with the probe causing pain, intentionally driving my numbers higher. I don't even bleed when floss after every meal and she was causing my gums to bleed. I immediately knew what was going on. I just went to get an exam 7/2024 and had not a single cavity, mind you I floss and brush multiple times a day lol it's 12/2024. I promise you, if you go here you'll have a million things wrong with your teeth and need so many treatments. Don't waste your time because they will require all kinds of treatments before they will clean your teeth. Also they will require new X-rays even if you recently had them done with your old provider. I recommend bright now dental or valley wise health, if you're looking in the west valley. I've never had issues like this and I've been to dozens of dentists!
