Mind you, I have never even verbally interacted with her at all. From my initial appointment to the last time I was there on the 17th of June she has given me bad vibes and I am already fearful of the dentist from having a bad experience with braces. She literally kept looking back at me from her seat behind the welcome desk and sneering. I have no idea what her issue with me is and I put in my headphones to try and tune out the conversation she was having about me with another staff member. I'm not sure if it's my skin color (I am an African American woman), or what issue this person has but I am going to request my medical records and find a dental office that has staff who have positive and upbeat attitudes and don't sneer at or disrespect paying customers and patients. The dentist who works here Dr. Annas is very nice and listens to my issues (have been having problems with food getting stuck and he had helped me prevent more cavities and fixed my fillings). Despite this, I am not going to continue to give my money, time, or energy to a location whose staff clearly does not want me to be there. If this is your standard of care, you all really need to reevaluate who you have interacting with patients. It takes effort and energy to be mean and nasty to people. Judging by the previous reviews of rude staff members at this location, I see this continues to be a common issue.

As far as the Senior Dentist Jamie Sanders - she seemed eager to make it right but my records were already exposed. Aside from this; the office is small and as a patient, I could hear everyone's dental needs due to the lack of walls protecting people's personal dental privacy needs. I heard courses of action, proceedings on medications; so forth and so on. Also, the technology for X-rays is just not there. On a positive: The technicians on the floor are super friendly and do try to help make each patient comfortable. The office is in a great location (right off the 10 freeway) and the entrance/consumer seating area was super quaint and comfortable. I decided to seek other dentistry experts for my dental needs. I usually come in for x-rays, cleaning, and I fill in my front tooth which I chip frequently with some sort of enamel and a UV light hardener. It's nothing permanent, but I'm OK with that. I'm normally taken care of the same exact day, but this time was a little different. The new dentist said she didn't have enough time to take care of me and that was that. They didn't fill my tooth, which is specifically what I came in for, but they were too busy to do it. Despite me calling the same day of my appointment and asking if they had an opening. It was clearly just a hand into my pocket as if they needed to make a quick $200 off some x-rays and the cleaning. Now it feels like it's more about the sale and less about the smiles. I've been a client since 2011. The most wonderful and original dentist passed away recently. This place has made a turn for the worst. Wouldn't recommend anymore.

Was looking forward to switching to a dentist closer to my home. I cancelled my cleaning with my…read moreold provider just to reestablish with this clinic which was a huge mistake. The dentist said I had "gingivitis" in some areas which means they'd deny me a regular cleaning until I received a gingival irrigation for $300. Never in my 27 years of going to the dentist every 6 months have I been denied a cleaning until I pay to receive a treatment. She was pressing so incredibly hard with the probe causing pain, intentionally driving my numbers higher. I don't even bleed when floss after every meal and she was causing my gums to bleed. I immediately knew what was going on. I just went to get an exam 7/2024 and had not a single cavity, mind you I floss and brush multiple times a day lol it's 12/2024. I promise you, if you go here you'll have a million things wrong with your teeth and need so many treatments. Don't waste your time because they will require all kinds of treatments before they will clean your teeth. Also they will require new X-rays even if you recently had them done with your old provider. I recommend bright now dental or valley wise health, if you're looking in the west valley. I've never had issues like this and I've been to dozens of dentists!
