It isn't quite TexMex food nor does it feel authentically Mexican. Taco Bell is fast food that is tasty, affordable and pleasing. And I enjoy it. The restaurant windows look out onto an interesting part of 10th Street. The music played over the speakers is positive and enjoyable. We were so excited to try a new Korean chicken place and this was such a let down…read more The chicken is very plain and unseasoned. There is nothing Korean about it. It is chicken you can get from any other chicken place. It is freshly made, but that is the only positive I have for the chicken. We tried the strips which were dry and the wings. 2/5 We tried the soy garlic and red hot spicy sauces. The soy garlic was an okay processed sauce. The red hot smelled and tasted like it is ketchup based, so for me, gross! It was supposed to be really spicy and it was not. 1/5 The curly fries were hot, fresh, and seasoned well. 4/5 The mandu was store bought gyoza and it did not come with a dipping sauce as mandu usually does. 2/5 The lunch special was a good price but otherwise this is definitely overpriced. If you are ever in the San Antonio area, try Pelicana, it's AMAZING Korean chicken.

Did I mention their late night food specials? I think 9-11 or 10-12 on weekends, greatly discounted burgers and pizzas. The owner, Vincente is a great guy, fully hands on, and contributes to many local organizations. Managers are friendly and efficient, especially Liz and Jordy. And the servers really are attentive, friendly and spot on. Some of my faves are Q, Edgar, Brandon, Dylan, Derick, and Cloud. Check it out you'll be hooked to!

They absolutely love the pizzas here, and I appreciated the late-night specials from 9-11 pm (which I'll definitely keep in mind for future visits). The wings were delicious but noticeably small, especially for the price. Overall, it was a good dinner, and I'd come back again. Next time, I'd probably explore their drink menu--if I'm not spending quality time with my underage dining companions!
