While I understand businesses having supervision policies, the enforcement and explanation caught me off guard because this had never previously been addressed during earlier visits. As a single mother of two boys with different personalities and interests, it can be difficult to physically stand beside both children at every moment while also handling things like food, restrooms, or other normal parenting responsibilities. My children have never caused disruptions or behavioral issues during our visits. What made the experience frustrating was the lack of clarity surrounding the policy. I had to specifically search online afterward just to locate a single line mentioning the rule, and there does not appear to be much explanation regarding how the policy works in practical situations for families. I believe clearer communication and more consistent enforcement would help avoid confusion for parents visiting with children.

Almost everywhere I've been with "no outside food or drink" signs have never turned away water bottles. I wouldn't have minded so much about having to put it back in the car if I was spoken to nicely. The attitude from the employee was awful. Even when asking questions about the Sunday morning special they offered. It's not nearby to where I live, so I'm unsure if I'll make the effort to go support them again.

For us it's usually worth the drive. The prices are super cheap, they have several specials throughout the week as well. They do tons of league nights/competitions. I do recommend calling on the weekend to make sure they have lanes when they first open , because they do have tournaments. We bring our own shoes so it's a bit cheaper for us (4 gamea for 2 is about 24$). Also the food and drinks are super cheap. I get a wine and a coke for 7$. Can't beat that!
