They have skill based games, luck based games, and games where you have to practice and focus. Not every game at the arcade gives you a reward. Some of the machines are claw machines and you don't always get the prize. You can get a lot of tickets by playing the games and get cool prizes. There are two levels in this arcade- Downstairs includes: skill and luck based games (claw machines, skee ball, racing, basketball, ring toss, etc), the restaurant, rest rooms, and prize redemption center. Upstairs has the classic 80s arcade games that DO NOT give you any tickets for prizes. You can't play any arcade games without an arcade card. Most games cost between 2-8 credits. There are three machines near the center of the arcade outside the prize redemption center where you can purchase a card. We like to purchase one card per person so everyone can choose their own games and prizes. You can reload the cards as needed. The more money you add at one time yields more play credits. You can also check your remaining card balance on these machine. There is a seperate machine to reveal your ticket balance before heading into the prize redemption center. They have the items organized by value so you can focus your attention to the items that are only within your point limit. They have plenty of candy and little fidget items to ensure you redeem every point earned. They also have more expensive items like fake jewelry, dolls, and stuffed animals. The staff is extremely helpful but the arcade can get very busy during peak season. Visiting in the mid-morning or mid-afternoon tends to have fewer people. Parking can be difficult near the pier but there is a paid lot behind the arcade and free street parking out front.

You have the redemption area on the right with many prizes. You have so many games that you wouldn't want to leave until all your money is gone. The cool thing about this arcade that it has the traditional coins and tickets. Not the plastic cards you swipe like the modern arcade has today. Make you feel like a kid again by walking around and a bunch of tickets and show them off. So much fun! The staff was amazing, I couldn't get my dollar bill into the machine to get coins and I took it to the redemption desk and they exchange it with coins. They felt like they was enjoying their job. We didn't get to try any of the snacks places inside the arcade but it did look good to eat. Definitely the ice cream! The place was clean but it did look kinda old. It was really dark inside the arcade but that is how you want to be for you can see all the lights on the games that glow and shine. I feel like maybe a power cleaning will help the atmosphere of being an old arcade better but that is my opinion. The bathrooms was ok, They do need more attention on a busy day and it was kinda busy even if it was a Sunday. We did feel safe since it's in the tourist area of the boardwalk. The biggest issue we had with our visit was the busted batting cages. Employee had to come "fix" the machines for us twice and after every other "fix" the machines would stop collecting balls. They offered no refund for that so we basically threw away $30. Employees were smack talking the teenager in our group for asking to fix it. Wouldn't go back again and wouldn't recommend.

They have four exotic birds (I believe macaws) kept in tiny cages right next to the course. It was honestly heartbreaking. The cages were way too small for them to stretch or fly, and they looked extremely stressed -- one was literally plucking its own feathers, and they all looked miserable. I saw one chewing on what looked like rubber or plastic. Their food bowls were full at the end of the day, which makes me think they weren't even eating. It didn't sit right with me at all. These birds are clearly not being cared for properly, and they deserve better than to be stuck in cages for people's entertainment. Please do better or, better yet, rehome them to a rescue that actually knows how to care for them.
