High Ride goes above and beyond in every way to make you feel welcome, included and encouraged. Everyone from the owners, to the instructors and everyone on staff are truly passionate about making your experience the best one possible. I honestly don't know what I'd do without them and look forward to seeing their smiling faces every time I walk through the door. The workouts are as intense as you want them to be. I really hope this company rethinks their policy and considers what people might be going through in order to just get to a class that makes them feel motivated and happy and glad to be there but maybe they got stuck at work late got through traffic did everything in their power to make it to class just to feel better and healthy only to be met with someone saying they're not welcomed because they've made it five minutes past the time. The workouts here are tough, but effective, and I've found the instructors to be good at learning names and encouraging! Good vibes! I like that they have workouts of different lengths (30 mins to 60 mins) and some variety (yoga, ride, HIIT, BootCamp)! Downsides: The parking lot is small and a bit tough to get into and out of...it makes me a little nervous each time, but I appreciate that there is a parking lot! The gym is also on the smaller side, and there are times when I would like a bit more personal space while working out. Overall, I have a good workout here and would recommend!

Friday (11/14/25) was my very first class with Viv and I was interested in trying a spin class for the first time. Traffic was very bad trying to get there for a class at 4:30pm, but I made it on time. I did notice they have a very strict entrance policy if you are late, the doors lock and you cannot attend class. I thought that was intense; which made me think of how it was when I was in college and if you were late to class. I was getting a little panicked since traffic was really bad but I made it like 6 mins before class. . . Anyway, when I got there the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and greeted me with a smile. They gave me a free pair of shoes since it was my first time which was nice (shoes are $3.00 to rent by the way). Then after I placed my items in a locker one of the ladies lead me to my bike and then fixed my bike to my height, and snapped my cycle shoes in place. She also went over the bike features (the tension knob etc). I thought this was really great customer service and a cool experience. I recommend Viv Cycle to those who love to ride.
